清迈宁曼路上the salad concept是我吃过最好吃，选择最丰富的沙拉店。除了菜牌上固定搭配，还有20多种配料和酱汁自由调配，绝对是沙拉控必到之地！即使你平时不爱吃蔬菜，来到这里也会说：原来蔬菜可以那么好吃😱

去清迈之前有在攻略里面做过这家店铺，不过倒是也没有特意找。定的酒店就在宁曼路上所以逛完了准备回去的时候就正好路过这家店，真是得来全不费功夫啊。 就餐环境分为室内室外，这里的店基本室外都有地方坐。不过点菜倒是有些麻烦，店员是不会中文的。而且他家的自己搭配的沙拉其实看起来不错，但是懒得麻烦了，就要了一份牛肉沙拉，还要了一份像是米饭的东西。因为下午在外面吃了不少的小吃，晚上也不算饿。饮料要的香蕉奶昔味道不错，不像国内的做的那么甜腻。 牛肉沙拉味道不错，里面的菜都非常新鲜，牛肉也不错，下面有像醋的酱汁打底，挺好的。老妈点的比较失败，因为太辣了。 价位如下图，还支持支付宝付款呢

宁曼路上面的一个色拉店，做的色拉不错，意大利面味道挺一般般的，环境在宁曼路上面算不错的，比较小资一点点，总体过得去，贵一点。

当地姐姐推荐的一家沙拉，店面很大，在宁曼路上，很好找，偶遇了好几次。回国那天过来吃Brunch啦，点了一份推荐菜第一名的芒果沙拉，上来后惊呆了，这也太大份了吧狗子说他感觉自己变成了长颈鹿哈哈哈哈哈肯定很喜欢这里！我那一份是工作人员推荐的，蛋特别好吃！面包和配的培根简直了，超好吃！小食我们点了地瓜条，太好吃了吧！清盘～总之还是很不错的一餐，原来吃草也可以吃饱

这家店在曼宁路上住在老城区内的小伙伴可以租个摩托车就去啦店里空调开得很足至始至终微笑服务让整个用餐过程都变得很愉悦店里基本都是老外英文点菜菜单上面都写的很详细素食主义者也有全素的食谱当时我点的这份沙拉配的是草莓酱我不是很喜欢问了服务员可不可以换成日式芝麻酱在询问了厨师后很nice的帮我两个酱都上了草莓酱有给我一点点意外的惊喜比我想象的好吃一些牛油果和虾都很新鲜配了南瓜籽薏仁粒瓜子杏仁红腰豆小番茄玉米粒等等口感很丰富有脆脆的也有软软的菠萝苏打也挺好喝的嘻嘻老城区里好像也有一家店小伙伴们可以搜一搜就不用跑那么远了
