Urquhart Castle Review

We booked the 2.5 hour clansman & castle freedom cruise. This tour departed from Clansman Harbour to cruise across the dark waters of Loch Ness and 1 hour exploration of the Urquhart Castle ruins site. Great adventure! 👍🏻

A ruin but ful of magic! Worth visiting. There is also a small cinema which shows a 10 minute video about the history..

On the shore of Loch Ness, the scenery is good. It is raining, some fly in the ointment. Self-driving tourists, in advance, there are many curves here, the speed is fast, and you may drive there if you don't pay attention. It is recommended not to go to the Scottish Highlands in winter, the rain and snow are too cold.

The largest and oldest castle in Scotland, built in 1600 on the cliff of the central shore of Lake Ness. Although there are only ruins and broken walls, standing on the castle, Lake Ness can still see the dangerous and magnificent shore of that year.
