Uzbekistan Review

The dishes made in Uzbekistan were all Soviet Union anyway. Everyone was considered to be similar. This barbecue is good, you can skew it, the roasted eggplant is delicious, and the roasted tomato is not bad.

The Uzbekistan restaurant, from the door to the interior decoration is full of Central Asian style, of course, the dishes are mainly Central Asian cuisine. Barbecue, grilled dumplings, roast buns, yogurt are delicious, and there are singing and dancing performances in the evening.

An Oriental and Russian themed restaurant with a variety of menus such as Uzbek, Azerbaijani and Chinese vegetarian dishes, belly dance performances, authentic Uzbek furniture, colorful carpets and decorations can be seen in the evening.

The price was a bit high compared to the restaurants we went to before, but everything was worth it as we never had a dish with Uzbek flavor. We ordered Uzbek wine and we picked sweets as desserts and packed them home.

The menu of food is very complex, with a lot of languages, Russian, Uzbek, Japanese and Chinese, there is always a language you will speak. The large restaurant is open on the terrace, so if you want to see the scenery, you can go to the terrace and eat while watching.
