I respect the energy that others like, Henrik Yde Andersen seems very little. His "new" wove baby a brilliant concept and execution. VeVe was completely all there on Wednesday night. Apart from a few people from India, I believe most people are non-vegetarian enjoying the evening and the great vibe atmosphere.

I think it is the most enjoyable wine pairing in KR 1100 including a wonderful value for Danish excellence. We tried a fresh juice before dinner, but it was a bit sweet. Our special favorite wines, German Riesling, Australian Chardonnay, and Spaetbugunder, and the matching food. My favorite dishes: salty soy protein, nut balls, clams, noodle salad, peas, mint and other butter sauce, mushroom noodles. There are a few dishes that are slightly salty, but they are all pleasing to the eye! Some of the younger staff still need to learn a little bit, and we've waited a long time before dessert arrived (no old dishes), but it didn't distract us from the most enjoyable evenings we'd had at our first vegetarian restaurant. Who would have thought that 10 years ago this was possible in Denmark?

    Last night we had coffee and ordered Petit Four (trompe l’oil petiffours), which is the beginning of a treasure hunt!     My first visit to a vegetarian restaurant, I think I will miss meat - I didn't! When we walked into the restaurant, we felt very welcome and started drinking drinks and snacks in the lounge furniture. Delicious and fun food. The seven main courses are very diverse and show ranges up to vegetables only. Absolutely top-notch cooking.

    I hardly want to put too many "spoiler" meals on, we love at Weve. As the course progresses, there are lots of interesting and odd little surprises, unexpected factors that are a big pleasure for our meal, but the quality of the food is also very good - some very effective experimental dishes. A couple I didn’t sell personally but everything else was fine. The suite was very chic and spacious and the service was impeccable. If you want an unforgettable meal in Copenhagen, the wine is definitely worth a visit!

    Definitely worth two months waiting for our Friday night booking. The waiting staff were very warm and friendly and the service was quick. There was no waiting between the two courses and a nice process for the evening. However, we did have to remind the waiting staff that they forgot to offer us some entry items. Other than that, it was definitely a fun creative and innovative dining experience. Some dishes were a bit too salty for me, but I was still very touched.

    My wife and I are here and he is vegetarian. I love eating fish and meat and getting more experience with the vegetarian world. VeVe brings vegetarian style to the new level hole, not only advanced and beautiful dishes, but also tastes comparable to absolute vodka best. >We have a juice menu, which is fantastic, but we would love to try the wine menu (a long drive the next morning).     Veve is not just the taste of the food (which is great for good) but the incredible service and atmosphere. They also offer a vegetarian menu when we ask, we have a menu with a regular menu and wine. The only thing that some of us don’t like is the food of the leeks, maybe it’s best to inform them in advance if you’re a leek like me! But the overall food and wine are great and they’re beautifully set up. We have just been to a Michelin star hotel, but the service here is much better.
