Viewing Point Kohtuotsa Review

Views: People can enjoy better views from the Patkuli platform on the "back" of Tompea, but Kohtuotsa has its special charm in the dark as the high-rise buildings in the new town form a very interesting contrast to the medieval old town in the foreground.
