War Memorial Opera House Review

San Francisco War Memorial Opera Hall is a magnificent building with a solemn appearance. The interior decoration is also exquisite, the seat is very comfortable. The Opera Hall is very large and the sound effect is very good.

A magnificent building, comfortable seats, perfect sound effects and excellent performances of the actors made this evening wonderful and very exciting. After the performance, some children gave flowers to the actors on the stage, which touched me very much.

Drop drawers gorgeous building and the place I proposed to my husband. While one of those facts is irrelevant to anyone other than he and I, the other isn't, and so you must go. Plus, when was the last time you got hella classy and went to the Opera/Ballet? Treat yourself, you heathen.

One of the classiest and most beautiful opera houses in North America! This building is a true Bay Area gem. Whether ballet or opera, I highly recommend attending one of the world-class performances that the city has to offer! Take a stroll on the front 3rd floor terrace terrace before the show or during intermission and snap an obligatory photo of City Hall.

I love the dramatic old-world ambiance of this venue. I recommend purchasing balcony or standing-room tickets for the opera or ballet ($15-30) just for the experience. both of our opera and ballet companies are world class and absolutely worth seeing at least once. ballet season begins with Nutcracker and ends in May, and opera season is from May through November.
