The Zhangzhou Office is located on the southwest side of the ancient city of Zhangxian County, Hebei Province. It was built in Minghongwu seven years (1374 AD) and was the prefecture of Zhangzhou for two generations in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. After the founding of the state, the county government destroyed it. In 2009, the county government invested 100 million yuan to rebuild it. Although it was not original, it was roughly in line with the original building. The rebuilt Zhangzhou Department according to the "Zhangzhou Zhi" records, sit north and south, divided into East, West and Middle three roads. The courtyard is 18, with 297 houses, Zhangzhou Shu - China Jixian Paper Cutting Museum, mainly used for exhibitions of Chen, research and creation of paper cutting and other traditional culture and folk customs collections at home and abroad.
