Wenchangxing occupies an important position in Chinese folk belief. As the name of the star official in the sky, Chinese folk think it is a special management of the world's reading and literary merit. Wenchang nobles are actually eating God's Linguan Palace. Kuixing, also known as "Kuixing" and "Kuixu", is one of the 28 stars. The ancient Han legend is the god who dominates the rise and fall of Wenyun, and is revered as "Wenquxing" and "Wenchangxing". So the door near the Confucian Temple in Xi'an is called Wenchangmen.
