Westmount City Hall Review

Montreal Westmont City Hall is a attraction printed on the Starbucks City Cup. The historical significance and value are self-evident. I went there for the first time in the old town, but I didn’t know Mount Tai and took a photo.

Montreal City Hall is a second imperial building built from 1872 to 1978. Its balcony above the front entrance is famous, because former French President Charles de Gaulle was happy to be invited to the World's Fair in 1967, and he used the balcony to speak to the crowd, shouting "Long live Quebec independence".

On the old Starbucks city cup, the attraction of Montreal is the city hall. The first time I went to Montreal, I didn’t realize that it was such a well-known attraction when I passed the city hall. I took a photo and left.

A major feature of European and American city tourism is that the city hall can become a worthy attraction, and often many city halls themselves are famous attractions on the list because of their long history.
