On a recent trip to Thunder Bay, Ontario, celebrating a very special occasion, our booked accommodation elsewhere fell way short of expectations. Virtually last minute, we visited the nearby Delta by Marriott Thunder Bay to seek an alternative stay. In this process we were personally assisted by the hotel’s Guest Services Manager, Mr Jason Scriver, who not only ensured we were accommodated with a late same day booking, but also went above and beyond to make our stay at this beautiful hotel a memorable one. This high level of customer service is what makes this hotel chain stand out from the rest.
