The staff at Bai Yun Hotel made this stay genuinely special. At check-in we were assigned a personal account manager, Song Shu-lin, who connected with us via WeChat and was immediately available throughout our stay — answering questions, sharing detailed sunrise timing and weather forecasts, and providing step-by-step directions to Guangmingding. That level of personal attention is rare anywhere in the world. A note for future guests: the Guangmingding viewing platform gets crowded at sunrise and views are partially obstructed by trees. Arrive early to secure the best position — our host recommended departing by 5:45 AM for a 6:25 AM sunrise, which was practical and accurate advice. For the service quality alone, Bai Yun is recommended.

This was a spontaneous trip, but the stay was incredibly satisfying. I don't travel much, but when I decided to go, I compared many hotels and read countless reviews before finally choosing Manbu Yunjing. Among four-star hotels, its price isn't the highest, but the experience was truly satisfying, almost touching. I used to think 'you get what you pay for,' but this hotel showed me something different. Every staff member works towards providing guests with an excellent experience. The lobby is beautifully decorated and atmospheric, with many unique handicrafts and trinkets, diverging from traditional hotel designs and offering a fresh feel. From the garage entrance, there are clear signs, and the elevators are filled with thoughtful reminders. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are a generous 2 meters. The amenity kit includes not only the usual items but also lotion and single-use laundry detergent, showing great attention to detail. I stayed on the fifth floor, where the laundry room is also located. While not huge, it's very tidy. For the price point, the breakfast is also excellent, offering everything you'd expect. Considering its location in Hefei, all of the hotel's amenities and services are well worth the price. I truly believe the owner has perfected both service and value-added experiences.

Firstly, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. On the first day, we ascended from the front mountain, explored Bright Summit, and then checked into the hotel to rest, allowing us to easily catch the sunset nearby. On the second day, after visiting Monkey Watching the Sea and Beginning-to-Believe Peak, we descended from the back mountain. This not only aligned with our scientific plan of a strenuous first day and a more relaxed second but also allowed us to completely avoid large crowds, with no queues for the cable car, shuttle bus, or hiking routes. Secondly, the hotel experience was excellent. From the delicious and varied dishes at the buffet to the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff we encountered, everything was incredibly satisfying. Considering the immense effort of the porters we saw along the way, who make such an experience possible through manual labor, it felt particularly valuable. Definitely worth revisiting.

This stay was so comfortable! The hotel is super conveniently located, a 7-minute walk from the snack street, and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the noise-free nights were quiet, allowing for a wonderful night's sleep. Junjun's service was friendly and efficient, and the check-in was quick. He also offered tips for visiting the scenic spots. Every attention to detail was meticulous, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and no odor. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

A responsible and considerate butler meticulously asked if we needed more drinking water in the room, arranged our check-out time, and introduced us to all the services available at the hotel. An older gentleman, impeccably dressed in a trench coat, courteously opened the car door for us right at the hotel entrance. An unexpected room upgrade led to a delightful encounter with the ever-changing Swan Lake. During breakfast, there was no chaotic crowd; just a wide array of cuisines from around the world, enjoyed by a pleasant window, providing a long-lost sense of relaxation. The perfect room was the biggest surprise this hotel offered. Its thoughtful setup and meticulous maintenance made me feel cared for and at ease, allowing me to enjoy two comfortable bath times and two nights of peaceful sleep. The attention to detail was exceptional; I'd give it a perfect score without hesitation.

Booked through Ctrip, and they really treat Ctrip guests well. The staff were super friendly, and our room even got upgraded! A special shout-out to Xiao Song at the Grand Hyatt's front desk – her service was incredibly fast. She responded to our requests within literally 10 seconds, which was amazing. Also, even though the Grand Hyatt opened in 2019, the hotel is really well-maintained. It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

I've stayed at this guesthouse twice now. The first time was with friends, and I liked it so much I brought my family back for a second stay. Compared to a standard hotel, the ambiance here is really unique, with a 'step-by-step, scene-by-scene' feel. I'd highly recommend bringing Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for photos; they'll turn out beautifully. The hotel service is excellent. Any requests communicated via WeChat were responded to very quickly. I'd definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Huangshan or Huizhou.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and offered very attentive service! The room was spotless, with a great wet/dry bathroom separation. The TV comes with a Tencent VIP membership, which is fantastic for watching current shows in super clear quality! The breakfast was quite rich and varied, with beef noodles and sweet fermented rice with red beans – so delicious! It's close to the light rail station, making travel convenient, and there's a lounge on the first floor. Plus, there's a convenience store nearby. All in all, a pleasant surprise!

A great choice! The Welcoming Pine is right outside, offering views of both sunrise and sunset. The hotel even provides down jackets for early risers to watch the sunrise – I strolled to the Welcoming Pine at 6:10 AM and got my pick of the best spots. The hotel has its own observation deck with views of Bright Summit, and our room also overlooked Bright Summit. The dinner buffet was 160 per person, which is acceptable for mountain prices, and I particularly enjoyed the mini hotpot. I plan to bring my elders here again next time.

Seven years since my last visit to Huangshan, and I have to admit, I'm getting older, haha! This time, based on online reviews, I chose this hotel, and I must say, it's really good! Especially the water pressure in the room – it's incredibly strong and powerful! Upon check-in, they provide complimentary fruit and have a dedicated butler service offering thoughtful guidance. The sunrise and sunset spots are also not far from the hotel, and no matter how you plan your route, you can pretty much see everything in a two-day, one-night stay. The dinner buffet was also excellent; given the limited resources on the mountain, they really did an amazing job. Thumbs up! I hope we all do our part to protect the environment!
