The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. Btw, We are here for Jan 1st 2024, the fireworks and atmosphere is unforgettable.

Service: The concierge was immensely helpful and friendly. They provided me with awesomely reliable recommendations for places to visit, things to do or restaurants to eat at. They also helped me book event tickets and find cars to get to scenic spots. Additionally, I had a few great talks with them. They hold a simple and honest attitude for life, just like the other villagers I talked to here. On top of everything, they give free sweet snacks! Amenities: Great everything! Unlimited supplies of water! Cleanliness: I saw a stain or so on a pillow. But overall, apart from it, it was nice and neat. Highly recommended.

My friend and I stayed here for one night and, whilst overall our stay was fine, I did feel some things were lacking. The room was large, with plenty of space, but the bathroom was tiny. The windows were entirely frosted which meant there was no view of the outside, which made the room feel rather claustrophobic. But BY FAR the biggest problem for me was the air conditioning. It was on constantly, at the lowest setting, but the room never cooled down throughout our stay. It wasn’t particularly hot at the end of August but with the lack of windows that opened, and high humidity, it made the room feel very stuffy and affected my sleep. The temperature of the room is an important factor for me and I wouldn’t stay here again without knowing beforehand that the AC was working as it should.

Views from this hotel is fantastic...accentuated by the river and lights at night. Again, our stays exceeded the HIGH 5 Star ratings.... Ms Chen, Manager of the hotel is EXTREMELY helpful and resourceful in giving valuable suggestions thus making our stay, a delightful vacation. Well done, Ms Chen, an original Miao native and her efficient team, Ms Wu and others. Wonderful staff, including housekeeping... Definitely, will recommend to visit Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village and staying at Xijiang Story Resort Hotel is a Super Plus advantage. It's so good! I want to praise this hotel to everyone around me. Before I checked in, the hotel manager added WeChat and told me all the precautions in detail and thoughtfully. He answered all the questions about travel, which gave me a great sense of security. The geographical location is the closest to the waterfall among the three hotels in the scenic area. You can get to the escalator or walking path 30 meters after exiting the convenient passage by face scanning. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the second viewing platform of the waterfall. The room is very large, with both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel thoughtfully prepared bathtub covers, toilet seat disinfection, bath salts, etc. The details are full. The slippers are the best quality in my 10-day trip to Guizhou, better than the five-star Guizhou Hotel VIP Building. There is also a business car to take you to the passenger shuttle when you leave the hotel, which is very friendly to tourists who have to carry the elderly and children and drag luggage. The only drawback is that the hotel has too many stairs and no elevator.
