One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Huge hotel in old town style with super modern rooms. If you want to explore Tongren and the ”old town” just stay at this hotel and you will be happy. I really loved the style of the hotel; it's very simple yet the decor is grand. It has everything you need. What I liked most was the quality of their desk, it's very good and convenient to use. The only downside was that the room lighting was a bit dim, but I just asked the front desk staff for a desk lamp and they brought it to my room within minutes – the service was truly excellent! This really highlights their great service. Getting a taxi here can be a bit tricky; you need to pay close attention to their online description which says it's in the same building as the Vienna Hotel to know where it is. If you don't look carefully, their navigation will stop at the traffic light downstairs without any further markers, and you only find signage once you reach the building. So, if you haven't been here before, you definitely won't find it. I'd suggest the owner put up a more noticeable sign, otherwise it's not very friendly for out-of-town guests. Parking is also very convenient; you just need to ask the front desk staff for guidance, and they'll register your license plate for easy access in and out. Overall, my stay was great. The main thing is that the price is very reasonable, making the room very comfortable to stay in. After all, at that price point, there are bound to be good and not-so-good aspects, but overall it's good, so five-star rating! The front desk staff's service was fantastic.

Best location right next to Metro subway station Songhua Road station Exit B. Look for Bld 3 and it's on the 17, 18 floor. The receptionist treats you like a VIP guest from the. moment you arrive. Complimentary afternoon tea and other surprises on arrival. Smart room with smart everything from toilet to movie projector. Very easy to book 1 to 4 days tours with China Travel Service in Bld 5, or via brochures located in reception or ground floor. We love this art deco boutique hotel so much that we stay ed at the beginning and end of our travel in Guizhou for a total of four nights with four nights tour throughout Guizhou due to the vast distances between attractions. We were able to store our large luggage with them for four nights. They even packed a free breakfast for us on the day of our four nights tour as our coach departed at 06:00 am. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the No. 1 choice for anyone coming to Guizhou. Allow yourself 5-7 days to take in all the natural sceneries that Guizhou offers.

The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust in the corners, and absolutely no strange odors, which made our stay incredibly reassuring. The bedding was so soft and plush, like being wrapped in a cloud, and I instantly relaxed the moment I lay down. My sleep quality was excellent! The biggest surprise was the huge bathtub; a warm soak melted away all the day's fatigue. The projector even came with VIP membership, so I could lie in bed and binge-watch trending shows and movies – it was awesome, a truly fantastic experience! On a side note, I have to rave about Guiyang's food: sour soup fish, Siwawa, and Changwang noodles were all delicious, every bite a feast for the taste buds. Combined with such a comfortable hotel, my travel happiness factor just exploded. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Beautiful, beautiful hotel! The lady hostess 小石 and all the staff were enthusiastic and really bend over backwards in making our stay a memorable one. Shaoxing Dong village is intimate and unique, I love wandering through the narrow streets. The latte there is to die for, the best we have had in our 2 weeks in Guizhou. The hotel even arranged a private musical performance for the guests which was an incredible and pleasant experience.

The location is excellent, near the metro and not far from the center of Guiyang. Breakfast is not bad, hotel staffs are friendly and ready to help but they cannot speak english (you can use translator for communicate)

The room was spacious and bright with an excellent view, overlooking Dongshan Temple to the east and Jiaxiu Tower to the south. An extra bed cost 350 RMB and included breakfast. Room service was excellent; they provided an abundance of bottled water daily, more than we could possibly drink. The executive lounge's afternoon tea selection was a bit sparse, and wine wasn't available during happy hour. However, the lounge itself was usually quiet with few diners. Unlike a resort hotel with abundant dining choices, the main dining areas elsewhere in the hotel were still absolutely packed. Breakfast leaned heavily towards Guizhou cuisine, and many dishes were unfamiliar or not to my liking. Items like crispy pork cracklings and pork intestines were common, and approximately 80% of the Chinese hot dishes were spicy. The steamed bun selection was consistently unvaried, offering just pork buns and custard buns, and their taste was mediocre. After eating for five consecutive days, by the last two days, the food had become completely unappetizing, and I was quite tired of it. Despite the breakfast issues, I extended my stay for another three nights, primarily because of the excellent room and service.

In November 2025, a group of five of us, all foreigners in our sixties with some mobility issues, visited Guizhou for the first time. Our first night was spent at a guesthouse on the flat ground at the foot of the Miao Village. For our second night, wanting a better view of the beautiful Miao Village night scenery, we considered several guesthouses on the mountain before finally choosing this one. On the afternoon of our check-in, the manager personally brought two other people to our first guesthouse to help us with our luggage. Our bags were quite large and heavy, but the three young people didn't hesitate, didn't show any displeasure, and had absolutely no reservations. Their attitude was excellent; they smoothly carried our luggage up to the mountain guesthouse and placed it in our rooms without a word. After we settled in, the guesthouse owner even treated us to some excellent Guizhou tea. The next morning, as we had an early departure, the guesthouse manager woke up early to prepare a rich and delicious breakfast for us. When we checked out, they again helped us carry our luggage down the mountain and waited until our van arrived and our luggage was loaded before they left. Every staff member at this guesthouse, especially the manager, provided service that was not just satisfactory, but truly deserving of high praise! The room views were also excellent, and they offered free Miao ethnic costumes for photos, as well as an elegantly decorated platform for us to take pictures and check in on social media. Finally, I want to express my gratitude once again to these three young people for their help, and I commend their professionalism, dedication, and cheerful demeanor. I hope that on all our future travels, any guesthouse or hotel we stay in will have such outstanding staff. I highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone.

I stayed at this hotel for nearly a month for a business trip, and overall, the experience was quite good. First off, the room was spacious, absolutely not cramped at all. Compared to other rooms I've stayed in at a similar price point, it was excellent. The mattress firmness was just right too, making for a comfortable sleep. Secondly, the hotel staff, from the front desk reception to housekeeping, were all incredibly warm and attentive. They responded promptly to any requests, which was really heartwarming '͜'. It felt very welcoming during my long stay. Definitely recommend! ᖰ⌯'▾'⌯ᖳ The hotel's location is also decent, right in the heart of the financial district, making it convenient to find places to eat downstairs.

Lovely spot in Zhenyuan Ancient Town, great balcony view of the ZhuSheng bridge, and close to two attractions shipinshan and qinglong cave. It's in the quieter part of the town and further from the drop off point but it's easy to take the guanguangche. If you have many luggages, I believe the guesthouse can help to arrange pick up of luggages from the entrance. Amenities are great, bed and pillows are comfortable and impeccable view primarily. It's a quiet town where lights go off at midnight, pace of life is slow and it's lovely to stroll around.
