1. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and grand decoration. It has just opened but has no decoration smell. Don't worry if you bring your children. The operation must meet the inspection standards. The room has complete toiletries, free drinks, wine, and snacks, which is great. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The staff service is very good. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. 2. Hygiene: The room aunt is warm and polite, and the sanitation is cleaned in time. 3. Environment: The indoor and outdoor environment of the hotel is very good, drinks are available in the lobby, and the service is very thoughtful. 4. Service: I am very satisfied with the service of the hotel housekeeper Wang Zhiyuan. She communicated with us about the check-in matters in advance, arranged them in a meticulous and thoughtful manner, and paid attention to the communication needs with customers. It was a very pleasant stay experience to choose Lan Zhuxi Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel feels new and modern, with a delightful fragrance throughout—especially in the hallways. Our favorite aspects were the spacious room and the stunning bathtub overlooking the ocean. The kids absolutely loved it! The hotel's beachfront location is a major plus. Even though we visited in winter, we were lucky enough to experience snowfall on the beach, which felt surreal and added a magical touch to our stay. The indoor swimming pool on the top floor is decent, offering great views, while breakfast was plentiful and varied. We particularly enjoyed the pastries section. The Chinese restaurant next to the swimming pool is highly recommended—perfect for when you don’t feel like going out, and the food was delicious. The in-room dining service was also excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the summer to try their outdoor swimming pool, which was closed during winter.

The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful but front desk service should be improved. The location is very convenient. You will enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The breakfast and dinner are mixed with Chinese and western food.

Located in Fulong Ski Town, our trip was fantastic! 😄 Several families went skiing together ⛷️, and the Holiday Inn is definitely the best hotel in the ski town. The breakfast was plentiful, and they offered à la carte Chinese options for lunch. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally warm. This hotel feels much more stylish than other hotels in Chongli. Overall, it was a great experience, and getting to the ski resort was convenient. We were traveling with young children, and when they wanted to play, Manager Yi from the lobby arranged everything for us, addressing our concerns as guests. A huge thank you to him! During our stay, the hotel also arranged a travel photoshoot. The photographer, Xiao Shuai, was very professional and enthusiastic. He helped our little ones pose, resulting in some really high-quality photos. Our whole family quickly fell in love with the Holiday Inn after this amazing travel photography experience! Big praise for Xiao Shuai's professionalism!

The surroundings are beautiful, with intricate design evident throughout the resort grounds. Service was attentive, and the rooms, full of Japanese charm, were spotlessly clean and comfortable. From our terrace, we enjoyed stunning views of the garden, mountains, and a flowing stream, providing a wonderfully refreshing escape from the summer heat. The restaurant was clean and offered a diverse range of dishes. However, there were a couple of minor points. We were quite surprised that the hotel room didn't have a TV. While most people have their phones these days, it's still nice to have alternative entertainment options. After a pleasant evening stroll around the grounds, there wasn't much to do in the room besides browsing on our phones. Furthermore, the hot spring (onsen) was rather small, required advance booking, and had time limits, which was a bit different from what we had imagined. Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, it was still a good experience, making it a great choice for a short weekend getaway.

Great stay in a great hotel in the amazing community of Aranya. Always a good get-away from Beijing. Great place for kids as well. Just missing an indoor playground for bad weather to make it perfect.

Location and Transportation: Located opposite the South Gate 1 of Phase 10, there's nothing to do in the park, but right in front of the main gate, you can go shopping and order takeout. Shuttle buses run to the main park and Phase 9, too. Service: Our housekeeper, Saria, was exceptionally helpful. We added her on WeChat the day beforehand and helped us choose a room facing the pool, which had a stunning view. We were greeted with welcome fruit, and the mini bar offered free drinks and snacks. Our housekeeper was incredibly responsive on WeChat, replying almost instantly, no matter the time. Room Facilities: The room was very new, with a strong design sense, reflecting the current trend for light luxury. The predominantly gray palette creates a simple yet effortlessly elegant feel. The materials used are excellent, with many design details. The room layout was well-organized, with each twin bed facing the window against the wall, and a raised tatami mat underneath, separating the sleeping area from the rest of the room. The room was very comfortable, with the only difference being the bedroom and living room. The charging station was located next to the twin beds, a very well-designed and comfortable space. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with a dressing room in the middle, but the sink is outside. Overall, aside from the lack of a bathtub, everything else about the hotel meets five-star standards. Swimming Pool: The pool is quite small, due to testing the infinity edge, making for stunning photos. Value for money: While the value for money in Anaya isn't particularly impressive this season, this hotel offers excellent value compared to other hotels in the park. The hotel is new, and the facilities are slightly higher-end than other hotels. However, the location is a bit remote, making it convenient to get around, requiring a car to reach the park. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value within Anaya.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wanlimiao Pedestrian Street. It's very convenient for reaching various city attractions, with bus stops and subway stations located nearby. The hotel environment is pleasant, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive, understanding guests' needs and arranging rooms thoughtfully. The views from the room, both at night and in the morning, were beautiful. What really stood out was that it happened to be my birthday, and they even prepared a special birthday gift – such a thoughtful gesture! 👍🏻 Housekeeping was also great; the room was impeccably clean. The hotel's afternoon tea was delicious too. I initially thought it might be leftovers from breakfast, but it turned out to be specially made cakes. Breakfast was also good, with a satisfying taste. The hotel offers excellent value for money. If I ever visit Shijiazhuang again, I will definitely choose Nuohuating Hotel! 👍🏻

I temporarily decided to stay for one night and booked this hotel. After checking in, I found that there were no slippers. After telling the front desk, I immediately sent disposable slippers and sandals. The service attitude was very good and the room was upgraded for free. The facilities in the house are very warm. The hot water supply is insufficient. The store should improve it.

A wonderfully quiet spot, yet so close to everything, and just a 6-7 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by countless delicious eateries. The hotel lobby's thoughtful touches for kids, like fresh yellow peaches and complimentary sand toys, were a big hit. They seamlessly combined the twin beds to create a massive 2.7-meter bed, which was perfect for our family of three. Coming back each day to a comfortable hot shower with fantastic water pressure was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Our child already asked if we could come back next time!
