A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions.
The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.
From the instant I checked in at Biblos Resort, the service was exceptional. Following a lengthy day of travel, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to a spacious room with a swim-up pool – this was the highlight of my stay. The accommodation was impeccably designed and spotlessly clean, providing a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff's genuine friendliness and outstanding service truly capped off my experience. Will definitely be my preferred place to stay when I’m back in Alacati.
Hotel is maybe the best one in Izmir with very good location. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite. However there was one exception in my experience and I only share it to improve the experience for the new guests if anyone is really reading my feedback. It was written that Alipay and WeChat is accepted at the hotel check in desk/reception. Then I asked whether i can pay with these apps and the reply was very unapologetically no in a rude manner. Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted. I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients. Otherwise it’s super annoying…At least write there that it’ll be available soon. There was another lady probably staff manager who came to apologize. It was very polite of her to check whether if there’s anything she can do. But I couldn’t understand why she asked our room number as she didn’t do anything afterwards. It kinda feels weird when someone questions something for nothing…
The location of the hotel is great. There is a seaside park at the doorstep, and there are warships that you can buy tickets to visit. The day we went there happened to be a weekend, and there were many families coming to the park for activities, and the traffic was congested 🤪 The traffic jam lasted for half an hour for several hundred meters. It was 4:30 when I arrived at the front desk. Fortunately, the check-in was fast, and I was upgraded to a sea view room (but the floor was very low, on the 4th floor), and I could see the sunrise in the room.
The room area is relatively small, and we added a bed when the child grew up, and there was basically no room. The hardware facilities are still average. The breakfast is OK, and you can play with cats while eating breakfast in the outdoor area.
The facility was very good, garden areas, rooms. The three different swimming pools were beautiful, but the shells/parachutes were insufficient. Sea transport was difficult, especially for a old man returning to the room. When asked twice, it felt that the car was not very warm. The public beach is very crowded, indoor and wooden seats are not suitable for the elderly. We found a lightly damaged plastic chair from the private buffet on the second day. We couldn't get help from the hotel on the matter. Other sea platforms were visually fun, I couldn't enter the sea, I was sitting on the seats in the disco, enjoying the view.
The food was very good! All was tasty, fresh and varied. I liked the sweet buffet especially.
It's sad that there is only a drink supply between dinner hours (not even tea on most places), but there are no discounts for the sweep. Harry Potter can be too far away and a day-to-day alternative to lunch. The products of the buffet are delicious but different discounts are needed. My unyard daughter, however, was a day when I stayed as your 80+ guest. The daily charge applied to him was very high and the time limit between 10-6 was short and the hotel's control form was not suitable. Generally, staff's approach to private needs and requests was negative and initiative power low. I am also making my criticism to improve, along with praises. As a result, I have had a peaceful and fun holiday with the animation team's fun shows, with special garden care, comfortable rooms and delicious foods, thank you.
Stayed for a weekend. The Hotel is quite new and has a very nice private beach access. Most of the guest have all inclusive wristbands, but i wasn't offered any all inclusive deal. One waiter at the Lobby Bar was treating us very unfriendly and accused us of stealing drinks, although we told him that we were only booked with breakfast. Also he tried to give us a wrong bill first with totally wrong amount of drinks and shouted at us that we have to pay. so Service i give just 1 star because of the bald agressive barkeeper at lobby bar. On the whole weekend that one guy ruined our mood.

The hotel is on the top of the hill in the small town of Xilinjie, driving past by car, there is a parking place, but the road up the mountain is very steep and narrow. The hotel is very classic, the rooms are small, and the consumption is not cheap, but the food and beverages are all freshly made. The overall decoration of the hotel feels very European and lifelike. The restaurant can see the view of the town. I like it here.
