Everything is perfect, room every clean, room very new, bed is comfortable, breakfast is delicious, staff very friendly and very kind, he help me to booking bus dalat to muine ,Very impressed, recommend everyone to come and stay here. ((Thank you AANGQllANG))
A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.
Was amused by the views from our room, what the farm can provide and lakes. We managed to took a walk before we checked out. The resort provides shuttle service to night market, however the drop off will be better if it’s nearer to the market
Hotel is very beautiful! The stuff is sooo heplfull and nice! We are really very grateful to the people who work there!
The rooms are exact the same as on photos, not very big but beautifil with all neccessery things
One minus is food, because it's good enough if you stay for several days days like 3-5 days, but we stayed for two weeks and ended up with either pho bo (which by the way is SUPER GOOD) or two eggs with bread, alternating each day and a salad. Because the other two sandwiches are very simple and you wouldn't want to eat them more than twice, and the fish dishes are not suitable for everyone.
But that's more up to the hotel manager who decides what dishes should be on the menu. It would be nice if the scrambled eggs weren't just plain, but at least like the ones they offer on Sundays.
Second minus is noizes - we lived in corner room and we heard everyone in the morning, children yelling in the pool at 7 am, the street, and people who were just entering the territory and talking because our room is basically in the entering zone. It could be great at least close gate for the night and add rule with big letters close to the pool to stay queit al least until 8 am, not everyone wants to wake up early in the vacation
First time we are staying at The Cliff, all the staff at The Cliff are so nice and well trained.
We really enjoy our villa, they are so kind to arrange villa with wonderful view, we even can see the fireworks from Beach Club. But if you are a light sleeper, be aware buggies car will park there and staff will cleaning up (hard working) until midnight. So little bit noisy.
One thing I would like to raise the question is : Why do you charge for the latte and espresso for breakfast? I do not see it at 4-5 stars hotel/resort.
I was lucky to book a room with a direct view of the lake just as I wanted, and I loved it! It has a relaxing, chill vibe like being in some fairytale land. The staff was extremely helpful, Staff handled the shuttle service, who left a strong impression on me. The room's quality is decent, and if it could improve a bit more, it would be the best in Da Lat!, will come back again!

The place was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were all friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was great as well! The villa offers some activities to try for couples and groups.
Located a little bit further away from the city center but it's easy to get a grab for transport. If you don't mind that at all, I'd definitely recommend this place for your time in Dalat 😃
Breakfast: great!
Cleaning: great!
Staff: great!
Location: great! It's in the forest, and there's a shuttle to Da Lat, but the timing isn't very convenient.
Gym: okay.
The indoor pool is terrible – it's only 1.2 meters deep, quite cold, and there's no sauna. Well, there *is* a sauna, but it's an extra charge in the spa area.
You can rent a motorbike, but it's much more expensive, and it's charged in 4 or 8-hour blocks, then hourly after that.
Pros: The grounds of the resort are well kept and beautiful. The breakfast is very good with plenty of options. The staff are very friendly and attentive attentive. The beach area is very nice.
Cons: The Nova rooms were pitched to us as an upgrade but they were very dated. The shower curtain did not prevent the bathroom from being soaked every time we used the shower, which was also not in great condition. The comfort of the bed was below average.
Unfortunately at the time we were there, there was construction going on all day. This was disappointing for a weekend, especially when paying full price for the room.
There are better hotels in Mui Ne at this price range, in our opinion (couple in our 30s).

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay! The staff and manager Dat really made us feel welcome and taken care of. We opted for their car service from and back to Ho Chi Minh City and to get to a coffee shop in the area - the driver is great, focused and on time. The design of the place amazing, we especially appreciated that they used only natural materials, with practically no plastic anywhere in sight. The breakfast is very filling, and you can choose from a few options. We had scrambled eggs, pho, banana pancakes - all delicious. RedSands is not big, but there is really everything to enjoy a lazy weekend away: little pool, rooftop terrace, coconuts for sale, huge open air bathtub, and sea view!
NNayatouTypical product not as advertised. The room is too different from the pictures, which is disappointing. The worst thing is that it took more than an hour to check in. We couldn't communicate in the same language. They just said to wait for ten minutes! The apartment management is chaotic. The worst thing is that you have to turn on the hot water to take a shower yourself. As a result, the hot water in our room was broken and it was not repaired overnight. We had to boil water to wash our hair ourselves! It was really the first time on vacation! The next day, we asked to change rooms, and they said they had repaired it. 🤬By the way, they also said they wanted to collect our passports! We refused to give it to them and paid a deposit of 500,000! In short, there is no sense of service at all. Bad reviews, complaints, and not recommended! Except for the good scenery, I can't praise anything else!
