Trip.com Spring Mega Sale

These terms and conditions ("T&C") apply to the Promotion (as described in Clause 4 below) by Trip.com to the Eligible Member (as described in Clause 2 below). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by this T&C, including any revised terms and conditions which may be updated by Trip.com from time to time and your continued use of the same shall signify the acceptance and agreement of the terms and conditions.
1. Trip.com: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622.
2. Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age.
3. Platform: This Promotion is only available on the Canadian version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 8.1.0 or above) ("Trip App").
4. Promotion Details: Eligible Member get to enjoy the following promotion under the Spring Mega Sale in accordance with these T&C:
A. Flight Coupons (“Flight Promotion”):
Conditions:
(1) The Flight Promotion only applies for adult flight tickets on the Eligible Routes (as specified in Clause 4(a)(ii) below) originating in Canada.
(2) The departure date and return date for the Eligible Routes must be within the Travel Period (as described in Clause 6 (below).
(3) All payment for the flight bookings must be made in Canadian Dollar currency (“CAD”).
(4) Eligible Routes: the Flight Promotion only applies for flights originating in Canada.
(5) Flight Promotion Period:
(a) “15% off Flights” Promotion starts on 2 March 2026 at 08:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 6 March 2026 at 07:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while the supply lasts. Discount capped at $20.
Booking Period: starts on 2 March 2026 at 08:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 6 March 2026 at 07:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while the supply lasts.
(b) “50% off Flights” Promotion starts on 2 March 2026 at 14:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 6 March 2026 at 07:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while the supply lasts. Discount capped at $100
Booking Period: starts on 2 March 2026 at 14:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 6 March 2026 at 07:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while the supply lasts.
(c) Eligible Routes: flights origin – Canada, destination – unrestricted.
(6) Travel Period: from 02 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 (including both dates)
(7) Enter the promo code to receive corresponding discount excluding tax and the booking fee.
B. Flight One Price
(a) Availability: This Promotion is only available on the CA version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 8.1.0 or above) ("Trip App").
(b) Promotion Period:
I. Flights from Toronto to New York; Toronto to Las Vegas: 02 March 2026 09:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) to 03 March 2026 08:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while supply lasts.
II. Flights from Toronto to Cancun: 02 March 2026 10:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) to 03 March 2026 09:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while supply lasts.
III. Flights from Vancouver to Tokyo: 02 March 2026 11:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) to 03 March 2026 10:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while supply lasts.
IV. Flights from Toronto to Shanghai: 02 March 2026 12:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) to 03 March 2026 11:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while supply lasts.
V. Flights from Vancouver to Hong Kong: 02 March 2026 13:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) to 03 March 2026 12:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while supply lasts.
(c.) Travel Period for all Flight One Price routes:02 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 (inclusive). Blackout dates may apply.
(d) Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age.
(e) Promotion Conditions: For clarification, Promotion is only applicable to the above specified routes and times.
(f) All return flight tickets for the specific Eligible Destinations must be within the Travel Period as described above.
(f) Promotion is only applicable to select flights. (g) All payment for the flight bookings must be made in Canadian Dollar currency (“CAD”).
(h) Trip duration maximum is 14 days.
(i) Limited Redemption:
(1) The number of flight tickets for the Selected Routes at the special price under the Promotion is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Promotional price flight ticket is not reserved until payment is complete.
(2) Each Eligible Member can purchase One Price flight ticket during the Promotion Period.
(3.) Each Order is limited to one (1) passenger.
C. Hotel Promo Codes (“Hotel Promotion”):
Conditions:
(1) The Hotel Promotion only applies for room/hotel bookings of the Eligible Hotels (as specified in Clause 4(b)(ii) below) within the Stay Period (as described in Clause (III) (below);
(2) An Eligible Member who books Eligible Hotel through the Platform during the Hotel Promotion Period is entitled to the rates available during the Hotel Promotion Period. No additional discounts will be applied at the checkout; and
(3) All payment for the room/hotel bookings must be made in CAD.
(I) Eligible Hotels: The Hotel Promotion only applies for select rooms/hotels.
(II) Hotel Promotion Period:
(a) “15% Off Hotels” Promotion starts on 2 March 2026 at 08:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 6 March 2026 at 07:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while the supply lasts. Discount capped at $20.
Booking Period: starts on 2 March 2026 at 08:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 6 March 2026 at 07:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while the supply lasts.
(b) “50% off Hotels” Promotion starts on 2 March 2026 at 17:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 6 March 2026 at 07:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time) or while the supply lasts. Discount capped at $100
(III) Stay Period: From 02 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 (different hotels may have different stay period policies, including the black-out dates. Eligible Members are required to check the same for the specific hotels before booking).
(IV) Limited Redemption:
(1) limited number of rooms/hotels for the Eligible Hotels are available at the special price under the Hotel Promotion and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis until stocks last. The available discounted price under the Hotel Promotion is not reserved until payment is complete.
(2) No purchase limitation for the Hotel Promotion.
5. General Terms: (a) The Promotion is available for selected travel dates only.
(b) The baggage policy is subject to the airline's policy. Please check the baggage allowance and requirements prior to booking.
(c) Prices are correct at time of publication. However, prices and availability are dynamic and may change from time to time. Please confirm availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions prior to booking.
(d) Fares may be subject to strict change, cancellation, refund and endorsement conditions. Conditions and policies may vary. Please refer to the relevant policy for details prior to booking.
(e) The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
(f) Amendment: Trip.com reserves the right to amend, vary or terminate this T&C and the Promotion at any time without prior written notice. Trip.com reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.
(g) Conflict of terms and conditions: If any of the terms under this T&C conflicted with any rules and/or such related information displayed elsewhere on the Trip App, the terms under this T&C shall prevail.
(h) Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by law, in no event will Trip.com be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not Trip.com has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. For any losses caused by flight cancellations, delays, or any other reasons not attributable to Trip.com, Trip.com does not assume responsibility.
(i) Privacy Policy: All information, including personal information ("Information") submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with this T&C and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://ca.trip.com/contents/service-guideline/privacy-policy.html?locale=en-ca&curr=CAD("Privacy Policy").
(j) Unforeseeable Events: Trip.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Promotion without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Trip.com's absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Promotion.
(k) Fraud: If a user is suspected of fraud, using illegal means, making robot reservations, or engaging in any violation of the rules in participating in this Promotion, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the bookings, rewards, and/or qualifications under the Promotion and take legal measures.
(l) Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion.
(m) Governing law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
(n) Language: This T&C are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this T&C, the English version shall prevail.
