Hotels With Spa in Northern Territory, Australia

The location is very good, looking west to see the most beautiful sunset and sunset in Darwin, the facilities are complete, **, Italian, Chinese, swimming pool..., the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, facing the lagoon pool, the indoor area is big enough. The disadvantage is that the door from the room into the bathroom is too thick, every time the in and out will automatically close, trouble and close the door momentarily loud. When the checkout, I knew that the mineral water in the minibar was charged, but housekeeping and the waiter who checked the minibar entered the room and said it was free. As a result, four bottles were charged 24 Australian dollars when the checkout was done. I was too lazy to talk to the front desk about the theory. I felt that I was also seeing people. The nice guy takes the money. It is best not to include breakfast in the reservation, because there are several fixed meals (see photo) with breakfast. The drink can be selected for black coffee and English black tea. Never pay attention to the cup that drinks water. Once the cup is not cleaned at all, there are other people eating the residue. Most of the restaurant waiters are Buddhist, busy but lost, the whole wheat bread, the white bread, promised to change after no later, I can think of my own bad luck and leave, this is the best hotel in Darwin. 4-5 thousand RMB per night, but compared with the same price hotels in China, the service is still much checked, and the hotel facilities are a little old.

The hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces. The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff. Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Free WiFi which isn’t the best but does work, no other amenities in the rooms except shampoo/conditioner. Clean rooms not much tv option and the rooms do not block out much noise can hear everything that’s goes on in the halls.

Very convenient location as it’s next to the town centre and shopping mall.  Staff are friendly and helpful.  Some rooms however are seen able by public access so privacy may need to be protected.  Due to the open corridors and courtyards are surrounding all the rooms, could be very noisy if other guests are having conversations.  Note  that the desk phone in all the rooms are not working just for display!  There’s no food and beverage facilities.

The location is good, close to the pier and there are many restaurants nearby.

Mantra on the Esplanade worked well for us for the three nights we stayed. Close to the main shops and eateries so plenty of choice there, with a free bus to the large out of town shopping centre too. The room was clean and tidy though a little dated. We were at the back of the hotel which meant the music and noise from the pubs and clubs nearby could be heard til quite late though it didn’t keep us awake.

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.

The airport shuttle dropped us right at the hotel entrance. We left our luggage at the front desk for our early morning flight, and it was already in our room when we returned from our sunset tour in the afternoon. In a desert resort where options are limited, this hotel is definitely among the best. The rooms are spacious, featuring two 1.5-meter beds, and the bathrooms are very clean. Ground floor rooms come with outdoor chairs, which are perfect for enjoying afternoon tea and sunbathing. Housekeeping cleans the room and replaces towels daily. If you're not overly fussy, it's a solid choice. Oh, and the sandwiches at the bar are quite good! It's about a three-minute walk to the Town Square, and a ten-minute climb will get you to the lookout point for stunning Uluru sunrises and sunsets. All sorts of tours and activities can be booked with convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel entrance. This makes things incredibly easy.

Adjacent to the Windsurfing Hotel, in the core area of ​​the Resort, it can be said to be the best location, which is a plus! The hygiene is good, the room facilities are sufficient, and there is a beautiful swimming pool. The disadvantage is that the reception is not 24 hours. If you attend an event in the early morning of the day of check-out, you need to check out and store your luggage at the Windsurfing Hotel, but you usually take a car from the Windsurfing Hotel, so it is not a big problem. In summary, I only recommend two hotels in Uluru. Either you can spend money to book Windsurfing, which has standard five-star hotel configuration and is indeed high-end, or you can pursue cost-effectiveness and Lost Camel, because it is adjacent to the best hotel, public facilities can be shared, and the location is great!
