Location-wise, it's right next to Ghent City Hall, super central! Most of Ghent's attractions are within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, like Carrefour and McDonald's. However, because it's so central, it can get a bit noisy; you can still hear people on the street late into the night.
Service: The front desk staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic, and there's complimentary water.
Facilities: It's an older hotel, which is fine, but the TV isn't a smart TV so you can't cast to it. The air conditioning didn't seem to heat up enough, even when set to the maximum fan speed and highest temperature. On the upside, the room itself is very spacious.
Cleanliness: It was very clean.
Overall, for a few hundred yuan, staying in a chain hotel like this offers good value for money.

The room is very large, the balcony room is set, and the only one is on the road. Room number 141, everyone avoids lightning. Because the car sounds at night. I also encountered construction in the morning and couldn't sleep well.
Reaction with Trip was also solved.
There is always a fox smell when the room opens, and the window needs to be opened for ventilation.
It takes3-5 minutes to walk from the old street in the main district.
The hotel environment is great.

The hotel room was neat. The breakfast is very good. We were here between Christmas and New Year's Eve and that meant that the bar on the ground floor was closed. The sky bar has a limited offer at much higher prices. The view (highway, industrial estate) is not a reason to choose the sky bar.

Excellent hotel in a quiet neighborhood with excellent soya facility that can be booked privately for 1 hour. Furthermore we booked (and paid for) a room with balcony, but received a different room type on the street side, without balcony. It is a pity that this was not spontaneously compensated by the receipt (although it was clearly indicated that this was not in line with our booking). Breakfast in a kelder floor is always a little tight and was quite sober here, but it's all right. Egg and pancake preparations are made on order.

The service of the hotel is very good, it is a small private house, the room is very big, and it is a handsome male waiter who also helped us plan the route of play. There is heating in the house, which just feels that the whole house is relatively old and smells a bit. Very convenient for self-driving, parking is free. You can rent hotel bicycles to play in Ghent, 9 euros per person a day. A small hotel very close to the people
