"Impeccable and welcoming service from Alicia upon our arrival and departure. Great facilities, excellent breakfast, famous location and privileged view of the cathedral. I don't think it's fair to take a note for cleaning, but I noticed that the windows in the rooms were full of forehead and face marks (to admire the cathedral, obviously) and it went unnoticed by the cleaning staff. The pool was very clean, even with the trees and constant wind that occurred during the days..."

"A very clean and comfortable hotel close to the international bus station. There aren't that many places to go to for food nearby apart from in the bus station, but it is easy to get an Uber or taxi to the centre for more food options. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and lots of space so that even when it is busy you can have a leisurely breakfast."

향향히I booked for a break, but it was so good. I took a good rest to the room atmosphere, cleaning and breakfast! Also, the staff were so friendly and nice. I went with a 5-month-old baby, but there were a lot of family bingmen, and it was a comfortable place to have a baby!

Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room
Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.

GGuest UserHelpful front desk. Location was great, 5 mins walk to Brazilian side of the Falls. A good size pool w/ a few hot tubs around. Pool size bar was nice too. They had a spa but I didn’t try. Dining was ok. Room was also nice & bright. Owner was an art collector so lots of art pieces were displayed in the hotel

GGuest UserThis hotel is located close to the entrance of iguazu falls and the airport. This makes it a great place to stay if you're visiting.
Pros:
They have a tourist information service right next to the check in, making it really easy to book/query for information about things in the local area.
Average:
Breakfast with a good range of items, nothing particularly special if you've stayed in other Brazilian hotels.
Cons:
The rooms are not very clean and have mosquitos

GGuest UserOur stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou
