O restaurante também foi muito bom, atendimento do Daniel e Chef Biba, foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos, nota 10.
O quarto estava arrumado e a camareira muito gentil;
Somente a parte de Tv estava péssima, não conseguimos logar e ninguém sabia do problema.

I told the hotel that we were complementing 33 years of marriage even more so we were placed in a broken couple room and television that didn't work.
Unfortunately , a hotel of that door and the room infrastructure left unwanted .

Upon arriving at the resort we received a room upgrade to a bungalow and had an incredible experience, the food was excellent, the service was wonderful, the drinks were delicious. All requests were promptly responded to. Definitely one of the best places I've ever visited!! I would come back a thousand times.

The hotel is beautiful, every detail is wonderful. What did you really want was the question of not to be able to consume my drink or my sweet swimsuits in the pool. I don't know if this is exclusive of the hotel, but it was the first time that happened to me. The values of the cardapio are very high, I found it unfair once paying for the stay that by signal is expensive they force you to drink and food with very high value.

I was half annoyed at the beginning because in the recruitment showed that in the room there was a Queen bed and a single bed that suggests that it would be a larger room, access to the pool having to pass through the outside is not too legal, the access should be internal and restricted, in the q room we were had a vacuum when we used the shower, which was half wrong and the record was released.
The breakfast is wonderful and staff care is perfect always with good humor and reception, the bed was good, and the capirines are great.

LLainapWe stay in this resort only 3 nights and despite offering a good space with various leisure areas, several restaurants with buffet to wish, food stations spread over the resort, lunch station during the morning, and activities throughout the day, Considering the price we believe that some aspects could improve. When we arrived in the room the cleaning was not very good (seen in the photos) and we thought they could have more than one activity rolling at the same time for different tastes and forever have something available to do. Despite this, it seemed to be an amazing environment for families where children also have activities all day. When we passed through them and monitors they seemed to be super attention, extremely patient and children enjoying fun!
