The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time.
The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked.
There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it.
The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable.
There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit.
The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new.
WiFi connectivity was poor.
I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this.
I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money.
Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach.
Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.
It's really hard to catch the airport shuttle from the hotel; it only runs once an hour, and the schedule is always changing. It's a terrible hassle. A taxi to the airport takes about 8 minutes and costs around 45 BRL. The hotel offers a buffet for lunch and dinner at 85 BRL per person.
The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining out and catching taxis, and parks, shopping malls, and other shopping areas are all within easy reach.
Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Just a heads-up that you'll need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, and similar personal items.
With a stay at Hotel Vicino al Mare in Guarujá (Enseada), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Pitangueiras Beach and Enseada Beach. This beach hotel is 5.7 mi (9.2 km) from Santos Harbor and 9.6 mi (15.4 km) from Gonzaga Beach.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor pools or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a steam room. This hotel also features complimentary wireless internet access, an arcade/game room, and shopping on site.
Satisfy your appetite for lunch or dinner at the hotel's restaurant, or stay in and take advantage of the room service. Need to unwind? Take a break at the bar/lounge, the beach bar, or the poolside bar for a tasty beverage. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7 AM to 10 AM.
Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 35 air-conditioned rooms featuring minibars and LCD televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include phones and desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.
You've got over my expectations!
The hotel is located on the seaside right, with the swimming pool (small but is worthy) beach service, but only until 18:00! Other meals are paid the part, the price ends to be high for those who need to make every meal every day, (with children not from the pralar meals) but the taste is wonderful.
I have only one reserve, there are several buildings and some rooms have no window, and air conditioning needs to be connected all the time for air circulation. I never saw room without window in my life 😳. But there are others with pro sea view and well aired, so you can like the room very much or not as much as in my case.
But I need to talk: cleaning is exceptional, towels are exchanged every day, clean beds and clean and no smell of guardians.
Excelente hotel. Lo mejor es el desayuno! Las camas, la habitación amplia y buen servicio! El restaurante japonés muy recomendable. Y la ubicación excelente!
The hotel is very well located, breakfast is excellent but we don't like the facilities, the furniture is very old and the bed clothes are very bad, we doubt whether the covers were really clean, besides being well spent, Outside is the matter, all the rest is OK.

WWellington DiegoI absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

RRenjarBeautiful boutique hotel at a lovely location, surrounded by much larger (but also older) 5 star hotels. Many restaurants in walking distance, especially Japanese ones (Ramen, Sushi, etc)
GGuest UserI made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room.
During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well.
The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there.
In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden!
The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!
GGuest UserI have to give a big thumbs up to this hotel! I stayed in three hotels in Brazil: Fairmont, Grand Hyatt, and this one! This one is the most cost-effective! Breakfast included is 1200+, and the room is also very good! The toiletries are L'Occitane, and there are conversion plugs! ! ! The most important thing is that it is very close to Avinida Paulista, a 30-second walk, and Paulista Street is on the right when you go out! ! The shopping mall is 2 minutes away, and MASP Sao Paulo Museum of Art is only 5 minutes away! ! ! I strongly recommend staying here! It is much better than the Grand Hyatt which costs 2000 yuan! ! !
Hhappy²The landscape is amazing and unforgettable. The invincible sea view/city view room has a wide view and the night view is even more charming! Lying on the sofa to see the scenery is a kind of enjoyment, and the photo effect is excellent.
