The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Yellow River and Marathon Park. The scenery is beautiful, and the geraniums blooming outside the hotel's Western restaurant really put me in a good mood! The warm greeting from the cleaning lady in the lobby made me feel like home. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a beautiful view of the Yellow River. The breakfast was also hearty, and the bowl of Lanzhou ramen was especially satisfying! Overall, it was a pleasant trip, absolutely amazing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance. Highly recommended!

The hotel is just a bit old. Many things need to be replaced. The hotel's bath towels and bathrobes are okay. They don't have much smell and are quite white. However, the bathroom floor drain smells bad. The hotel also prepared mats to cover the floor drain, but the effect is not very good. . The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good. The main problem is the hot spring. The bath towels are smelly and yellow, and the stains have not been cleaned. There are no large sizes, only medium and small. There is water in the bathroom! I don’t know if it’s urine or water! There are no large-sized clothes, and the waiter refuses to let you eat. Can you provide a bathrobe to the customer? The restaurant reception is really bad! No sense of service! The reception service at the hotel was very good and helped us choose the most suitable package! The bath master is also very awesome and professional!

This is a very cost-effective hotel. The front desk is very friendly. The hygiene is a little worse, but the room is very warm and spacious, suitable for babies with a lot of luggage. The Dang River is right at the door and the environment is good. It is convenient to go anywhere. After all, Dunhuang is not big, and it is quiet here. There is a parking lot, a large free parking lot, and a charging station next to it.

Visiting Dunhuang in spring was an absolute delight! The city is incredibly clean and tidy, with well-organized streets, making for an excellent overall experience. Oh, I have to rave about the food! The donkey meat yellow noodles were perfectly chewy and flavorful, the Huyang焖饼 (braised lamb pancake) was rich and fragrant, and to top it all off, a glass of Li Guang apricot peel water was refreshing and cut through the richness. It was all full of authentic local flavors. Beautiful scenery, a clean city, great accommodation, and delicious food—Dunhuang is definitely worth another visit!

The location and environment are better, the health is acceptable, the facilities are a bit old, and the service is much worse than before. In the morning, I rushed to the breakfast room at 7 o'clock on the high-speed rail. The door was locked. I knocked twice before someone came to open the door slowly. The service staff inside was eating first as fast as possible. I asked for the bowl of the dumpling noodles made by the bowl. The female cook reluctantly put down the bowl of half-temperate noodles and arrogant finger: let's go. I really can't imagine that it was once the best in Qingyang. The service is comparable to the five-star Xiongyu Hotel. It fell so fast. Changed the boss?

The architecture, the room interiors, and the breakfast and drinks to get were all very nice. However, the problems started at arrival. We were told the afternoon tea was cancelled and the restaurant was fully booked because of an event. No one told us this in advance, which was very disappointing. The check-in was disorganized. The receptionist (who was also the manager) turned away to help someone else while I was still talking to her. She didn't give us our room keys, saying the bell boy would open the door. But when we got to the room, the bell boy had to walk all the way back to get the keys. The bell boys were actually very friendly and helpful—the only good part. To make things stranger, the female manager called me a few hours after we checked out. She asked how the event affected our stay. I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived. So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.
