The service was exceptional! They offered complimentary Mercedes-Benz shuttle service to and from the station, a welcome gift, and even a farewell gift when we left. Plus, there were late-night snacks, treats, free apricot tea, and a parent-child stone painting activity. The whole experience was incredibly thoughtful and truly amazing!

I highly recommend this hotel to those who drive to Dunhuang with their kids. It has a bathtub, which the kids love very much. The room facilities are very complete, the environment is very good, and it is not far from the attractions. Every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lobby manager. Yogurt is given when you check in, and plush toys are given when you check out. The kids like it very much and said they will stay here again next time. Highly recommended. Very cost-effective.

I got the best set of photos I've ever had. Both the makeup artist and photographer were incredibly professional. I was instantly thrilled with the retouched photos just 5 minutes after the shoot, and even more delighted to learn they'd spend another three days on meticulous post-processing. The terrace above the lobby offers a fantastic photo op, especially with the red canopy against the desert backdrop – it's truly magnificent and a unique scene. 4. Given how dry Dunhuang is, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary face masks and lotion. 5. They also offered a free transfer to my next hotel.

The hotel overall and the room's hardware were great. However, the air conditioning in my room wasn't very effective, and the fan was noisy, which could bother light sleepers. My window faced the airport runway, offering a great view, but there was aircraft noise from take-offs and landings at night, so sensitive individuals might want to reconsider. The hotel's Chinese restaurant wasn't good; it couldn't handle a lot of people. The Western buffet for 78 yuan was decent, but it only ran until 8:30 PM.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Marathon Park. Not only can you enjoy views of the Yellow River, but you can also take leisurely strolls, exercise, or simply relax amidst the lush greenery. The street corner is lined with numerous restaurants, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient whether you're living, vacationing, or on a business trip. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future. Furthermore, both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were exceptionally polite and friendly. My only suggestion, if there's an opportunity in the future, would be to upgrade the elevator access system. It's a bit inconvenient for taller guests to have to bend down every time to swipe their cards. Wishing the Crowne Plaza Lanzhou continued success! Thumbs up 👍

Visiting Dunhuang in spring was an absolute delight! The city is incredibly clean and tidy, with well-organized streets, making for an excellent overall experience. The hotel I stayed at offered top-notch service, was spotlessly clean, and paid attention to every little detail, making me feel very comfortable and secure. And the food? Oh, I have to rave about the food! The donkey meat yellow noodles were perfectly chewy and flavorful, the Huyang焖饼 (braised lamb pancake) was rich and fragrant, and to top it all off, a glass of Li Guang apricot peel water was refreshing and cut through the richness. It was all full of authentic local flavors. Beautiful scenery, a clean city, great accommodation, and delicious food—Dunhuang is definitely worth another visit!

This is my second time in Dunhuang. I still chose this hotel! Service: From the front desk to the room service, they are very enthusiastic. I booked a standard room. The front desk also upgraded it to a large room called Jiangjin room. It's really great! (The front desk said that the room name is based on the wine series of their winery) It's really nice to stay in such a good room in a tourist city for just over 300👍 Environment: The environment is very good, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, the location is a bit remote and super quiet at night, but Dunhuang is very small and it takes more than ten minutes to get to the scenic spot, which is convenient!

This is a temporary stay for one night when returning to Suzhou from Gansu. I still chose the Jianguo Hotel. The environment is good, the sound insulation is good, the attitude is good, and the price is relatively inexpensive. It is worth recommending

The room is very nice, but the renovation is a bit dated. It's spacious and bright, and even has a bathtub. However, the curtains need improvement; they don't block out much light, and you can see people outside.

The hotel is just a bit old. Many things need to be replaced. The hotel's bath towels and bathrobes are okay. They don't have much smell and are quite white. However, the bathroom floor drain smells bad. The hotel also prepared mats to cover the floor drain, but the effect is not very good. . The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good. The main problem is the hot spring. The bath towels are smelly and yellow, and the stains have not been cleaned. There are no large sizes, only medium and small. There is water in the bathroom! I don’t know if it’s urine or water! There are no large-sized clothes, and the waiter refuses to let you eat. Can you provide a bathrobe to the customer? The restaurant reception is really bad! No sense of service! The reception service at the hotel was very good and helped us choose the most suitable package! The bath master is also very awesome and professional!
