GGuest UserWe were not impressed, especially for the price. We've stayed at hotels that are similarly priced and expected much better.
To be fair, the hotel itself is beautiful. The architecture, the room interiors, and the breakfast and drinks to get were all very nice.
However, the problems started at arrival. We were told the afternoon tea was cancelled and the restaurant was fully booked because of an event. No one told us this in advance, which was very disappointing.
The check-in was disorganized. The receptionist (who was also the manager) turned away to help someone else while I was still talking to her. She didn't give us our room keys, saying the bell boy would open the door. But when we got to the room, the bell boy had to walk all the way back to get the keys. The bell boys were actually very friendly and helpful—the only good part.
To make things stranger, the female manager called me a few hours after we checked out. She asked how the event affected our stay. I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived.
So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.

JJiejie2005I don't need to say anything, just look at the detailed photos. It's truly spotless, and a foot bath is prepared every day. The hotel lobby offers thoughtful and polite service. The only thing I think could be upgraded is the hotel's towels, which are a bit old. My outfit for this trip was incredibly unfashionable, but none of the staff showed any signs of judging me by my appearance. Their service was professional, thorough, and enthusiastic – truly excellent. I will recommend this place to my friends.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to travel to Dunhuang and I chose this hotel. I stayed for a week. It was really a plus for the trip. The hotel environment is clean and has a retro resort style. The layout of the room is elegant without losing the mood. The service is attentive and incomparable. Comfortable. There is no need to mention the details of the room. The service is particularly good. After cleaning, the room service staff will thoughtfully leave a greeting card. The front desk is also very good. Fruits and Dunhuang specialty preserved fruits are placed in the room. I have to say that the details are really warm. Heart. The hotel also has a restaurant. The dishes prepared by the chef are really good and very cost-effective. The mutton must be given a thumbs up👍👍👍

SSupiaoThe hotel is just a bit old. Many things need to be replaced. The hotel's bath towels and bathrobes are okay. They don't have much smell and are quite white. However, the bathroom floor drain smells bad. The hotel also prepared mats to cover the floor drain, but the effect is not very good. . The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good.
The main problem is the hot spring. The bath towels are smelly and yellow, and the stains have not been cleaned. There are no large sizes, only medium and small. There is water in the bathroom! I don’t know if it’s urine or water! There are no large-sized clothes, and the waiter refuses to let you eat. Can you provide a bathrobe to the customer? The restaurant reception is really bad! No sense of service!
The reception service at the hotel was very good and helped us choose the most suitable package! The bath master is also very awesome and professional!

The hotel is well-equipped and the service is excellent, especially the breakfast, which includes local specialties. The hotel is surrounded by lush vegetation and blooming flowers, creating a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle of the city! The lobby is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and clean with complete amenities. Opening the curtains opens to a beautiful river view. The room attendants are friendly and attentive, and any questions you have are addressed promptly. The hotel is conveniently located for various attractions, and a few minutes' walk from the hotel is Lanzhou Carbon Cross, where you can enjoy northwestern cuisine! Highly recommended! If I have the chance to visit Lanzhou again, I will definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza Lanzhou.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice, with new and well-equipped facilities. I stayed on a high floor, and waking up in the morning I could see the mountains in the distance. The view was truly stunning. The hotel thoughtfully provided welcome fruit and a scale, but the only minor drawback was that it didn't work, perhaps due to a lack of batteries.
The hotel is truly excellent, and for just over 200 yuan, it's a great value. I'd love to stay at the Gesang Hotel again if I visit again.
Here's a picture of Wushaoling. If you're visiting, I highly recommend seeing Wushaoling; it's truly stunning. Of course, the hotel is also very nice.

In the morning, I rushed to the breakfast room at 7 o'clock on the high-speed rail. The door was locked. I knocked twice before someone came to open the door slowly. The service staff inside was eating first as fast as possible. I asked for the bowl of the dumpling noodles made by the bowl. The female cook reluctantly put down the bowl of half-temperate noodles and arrogant finger: let's go. I really can't imagine that it was once the best in Qingyang. The service is comparable to the five-star Xiongyu Hotel. It fell so fast. Changed the boss?
