An excellent hotel! The location is great, right next to Wanda Plaza and across from a park and golf course. The rooms definitely don't feel like they're almost ten years old; they're incredibly well-maintained. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impressive. The service was very thoughtful; our housekeeper, Yuki, contacted us in advance to discuss our needs. Upon arrival, all our requests had been fulfilled, which was very efficient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang.

Facilities: A touch of elegance with a European flair. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was pretty good. The staff even disinfected and rinsed the glass walls on both sides of the showers downstairs. It would be perfect if the room carpets were cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Service: The beautiful front desk lady was incredibly lovely 🤩, patiently greeting us and answering all our questions 🙋‍♀️. I spent the whole day there with my child, and it was absolutely nice. My child played in the kids' area while I relaxed and scrolled on my phone in the steam room 📱. There were plenty of fruits and snacks 👍. The snacks in the steam room were great, especially the fermented glutinous rice balls, tofu soup, KFC-style chicken nuggets, and the super delicious fried red bean paste pastries 😋. ………… A relaxing and pleasant day ~ I completely forgot about the疲れ of daily life here 😊

The location is excellent, right next to the Hebei Provincial Museum. It was my child's birthday, and the hotel decorated the room and even gave us a mini cake. We had lunch at the hotel and later went to the pool, which made my child very happy. For breakfast, there were plenty of dim sum options, but it would be great to add a few more stir-fried dishes. Also, the hotel's pastries are excellent; I tried them for both lunch and breakfast. The staff at the pastry counter were very enthusiastic. The service, cleanliness, and bedding were all great. Finally, I suggest adding a shoehorn to the room.

The check-in and checkout process is very quick and simple. I booked through trip.com and the process was seamless. The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, staff courteous and breakfast delicios. It’s my second time staying there. Highly recommend this hotel.

I think they are all very good, but the lighting is a bit dim. Very cheap price to stay in a large room, private travel is very comfortable. Service: The service in the Japanese restaurant is very good, recommended to go There are very few breakfast items, only one row, not enough but enough, but it is very different from Sheraton and Marriott. (If you don't allow drinks in the cabinet for breakfast, put a label on it to avoid misunderstanding)

The facilities are quite old, and the cleanliness is just about what you'd expect for the price. The location was convenient for me, as it's right near where I was working for my business trip, which is why I chose it. Overall, the hotel service is actually very good, and the breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options. There's plenty of parking available, and it's free for hotel guests.

My stay at Hualuxe Handan was an absolutely fantastic experience! The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness. Combined with the excellent blackout curtains, I enjoyed a truly restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was thoughtful, the hot water supply was ample and consistent, and the toiletries were of high quality. Every detail showed great care. What truly stood out was the front desk service. From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. Check-in was efficient and swift, and the staff were all smiles throughout, patiently answering my questions about directions and proactively informing me about the hotel's various convenient services. Check-out was seamless, and they thoughtfully reminded me to ensure I hadn't left anything behind. Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly heartwarming. Both the comfort of the environment and the professionalism of the service were impeccable, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and have already recommended it to my friends!

I was in Tangshan for a business trip and decided to bring my parents to Hetou Old Street to celebrate my mom's birthday. The last time I stayed here, Iris Yao Jiajing was my DM, and she made my stay so wonderful that I chose InterContinental again for my parents' visit. This time, we encountered a few minor issues with the room facilities, which is understandable given the hotel's age. However, every single problem was promptly and effectively resolved by Manager Yao Jiajing. She also proactively checked the room availability and upgraded my parents' room for free, which was a lovely surprise. When she learned it was my mother's birthday, she thoughtfully arranged a tea break with a cake for us. Throughout our stay, she also checked in to see if we needed anything else. I am incredibly grateful for Manager Yao's professionalism and attentiveness; she has truly left me with a positive impression of this hotel, and her service made our family trip exceptionally smooth.

I've been to Aranya many times, and Sherry, my concierge at Nuo An, is by far the most attentive service person I've ever encountered! I originally planned to just wander around without a fixed itinerary, but Sherry proactively asked about my preferences and tailored a unique, artsy route for me. She recommended less common activities like the Dune Art Museum and meditation experiences, and even put together a detailed guide. The front desk staff were very friendly upon arrival, patiently explaining the hotel amenities and shuttle bus rules. The hotel itself is incredibly well-designed, with every public area being perfect for photos. The rooms are tastefully decorated and fully equipped, and the mini-bar offers a great selection of free snacks and drinks. Mid-stay, I decided to change my plans for the next day, and Sherry re-optimized my itinerary within minutes. She even thoughtfully reminded me about the tide times for beachcombing. Her warm and thorough service completely saved me the hassle of planning everything myself.

The room environment is great, clean and tidy, and the hotel location is excellent. It's good value for money, and the front desk staff are lovely. Breakfast is good. The hotel even has EV charging stations, and there's a Sinopec gas station right next door. The environment is pleasant, the space is large, and the room has a huge TV, which even includes a Youku VIP subscription! Service attitude is excellent, five-star rating.
