The entire staff was warm and polite, check-in was quick, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Their thoughtful service made me feel completely at home. The hotel's overall decor is opulent and grand, with a magnificent and refined lobby. Every detail exudes quality, making it very photogenic. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, including Chinese and Western options, Northeastern specialty pastries, hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I started each day feeling fully satisfied. The room itself was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, with soft and skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that was just right – neither too soft nor too hard. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep even though we were in a bustling area. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, high-quality toiletries, and strong water pressure. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with clean elevators and public areas that were spotless and odor-free. This hotel is perfect for both leisure travel and short getaways, offering incredible value for money. Staying here in Harbin is definitely a sure bet. I'll choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all travelers!

This was my first time staying at a hotel in Harbin, and I must say the facilities and service were top-notch. The bed, as always, was incredibly comfortable – I slept wonderfully. The rooftop bar at night had a great ambiance, offering fantastic views of Harbin's night cityscape and the river. The breakfast was a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, often striking up conversations with me. My holiday experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is a beautiful old Russian-style building with an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, just a 3-minute walk to Central Street, yet it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy, with new and functional facilities. What truly stands out is the hotel's service, which is incredibly thoughtful and detailed. First, the front desk gave me a complimentary room upgrade. Then, throughout my stay, the room was cleaned impeccably every day, and they offered personalized service based on my habits – for instance, noticing I drink a lot of water, they would leave extra bottles. Even my charging cables left in the room were neatly organized. On one of the days during my stay, it happened to be my birthday. While I was out, I received a call from the hotel, and they offered to order a cake for me! This truly is customer service taken to the extreme! I repeatedly declined, but in the end, the hotel ordered the smallest one as per my request, which was incredibly thoughtful. My entire stay here was wonderful, and I want to thank the hotel and all the staff.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

Honestly, I'm a bit reluctant to give a good review because the Executive Lounge here is just so subpar right now. And the loud noise in the morning was really annoying, though the duty manager did apologize and offered juice, a small gift, and a cute little tiger plushie, so I guess I'll let it go. Maybe it's the off-season, or they're cutting costs and boosting efficiency. But frankly, the Executive Lounge in Shenyang, also in the Northeast, was much better. I hope Harbin can really step up its game.

The location is first-rate, just opposite the train station. You can see it right after you exit the south exit. It is connected to Hanting and Mudanjiang Hotel. For someone like me who uses Mudanjiang as my base and takes the high-speed rail to go out every day, it is very important to live near the train station. You can check the time to take the train and get off the train to the hotel. It is comfortable. The front desk sent breakfast, which is very considerate. The only flaw is that Mudanjiang has been warming up in the past two days. The room is 28 degrees, but the air conditioner does not have cold air. The hotel said that it has just warmed up and the air conditioner is not ready, so they sent a fan.

If I'm in Harbin's Haxi district, Wanda Realm is always my top choice. This time, I picked it because I was accompanying my parents for a medical check-up at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The service was excellent, the environment was elegant and comfortable, and the room was spotless. It even happened to be my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday cake! Such thoughtful and meticulous service!

This hotel is perfectly located, just a 1-minute walk from Central Avenue and a 7-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The neighborhood is packed with great food options. The Red Brick Street morning market is a 5-minute walk away and stays open until 11 AM on weekends (9 AM on weekdays). The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a magnificent, opulent décor befitting its century-old history. The soundproofing is also quite good. The garden-view bed was quiet and very comfortable. The main draw is its incredible convenience to Central Avenue, being right in the city center, and close to subway access. We tried several local restaurants nearby, including Shanhetun Iron Pot Stew, Laochujia Northeastern Cuisine, Tongheju Northeastern Cuisine, and Xiongdi BBQ… This is definitely a place I'd visit again. Traveling with seniors, it was so convenient to pop back to the hotel for a rest between sightseeing. The location is superb. The front desk staff even brought us afternoon tea, which was a very nice touch. Make sure to try Qiulin brand kvass, as the Xuexiong brand is a bit too sweet. And the Madieer popsicles come in a wide variety of flavors… If you're coming to Harbin, choose 1903…

This was my second visit to Harbin, and this time I brought my parents along. They've always wanted to experience Northeast China, but were worried about the harsh winter cold. So, we decided to come during the summer before the peak holiday rush. We arrived at the hotel in the early hours. The bronze-colored main doors and elevators led us to the front desk on the second floor. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and this warmth was evident in every interaction we had thereafter. A special mention goes to the breakfast; besides the buffet options, there were freshly prepared Chinese and Western dishes every day, with a different selection each time. My parents even said it was better than a five-star hotel's breakfast! The hotel's location is also fantastic. It's not in the busiest area, so it's peaceful, yet it's conveniently close to everything – a taxi ride to most places only takes about ten to fifteen minutes. If I had known about this hotel, I would have definitely stayed here on my previous trip.
