Traveling to the hotel is easy with Nanchang Railway Station located approximately 6km away and Nanchang Changbei International Airport roughly 25km away. Just a short walk from Wanshou Palace Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Tengwang Pavilion Main Pavilion, Wanshou Palace and Tengwang Pavilion Cruise all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"The room was spotless and free of any smoke smell, which was a big plus. Shortly after checking in, a welcome fruit platter was delivered, and to my surprise, it even included physalis (groundcherry) – I haven't seen this outside of Northeast China before, so that was a delightful surprise. The room's view was excellent, being on the 65th floor, offering a stunning high-altitude river view. At night, overlooking the Gan River and the magnificent night view of Tengwang Pavilion was breathtaking.
The afternoon lounge was also quite good. The afternoon tea offered a decent selection of desserts and hot food. Enjoying a lovely meal while sitting by the window and admiring the scenery was truly wonderful. In the evening, the lounge (hh) even offered a choice of steak or lamb chops; I went with the lamb chops, and they were deliciously rich in flavor.
Dinner at Xin Nan Xuan downstairs was excellent. Compared to popular 'influencer' restaurants outside, both the price and quality were far superior, with generous portions and fantastic taste.
Service was very friendly. I used the member check-in counter, even though I'm not a member, because there was no one else there, and they didn't object. Since I had an early morning flight the next day and left quite early, they thoughtfully prepared a grab-and-go breakfast for me, which was very considerate."

"I visited Wuyuan with my friends and their children. After comparing various options, we chose Four Points by Sheraton Wuyuan. Upon checking in, I felt we made an excellent choice. The hotel's location is incredibly close to the high-speed train station, just a few minutes' walk, and they even offer a shuttle service to the station. Being newly renovated, all the facilities are top-notch, and there was no smell of new construction. The service was very warm and attentive, actively addressing all our needs. There's a travel agency located in the hotel lobby, offering one-stop consultation for tour arrangements. We hired a private car directly to Huangling, departing before 7 AM. The journey took 40 minutes, allowing us to avoid the holiday crowds during the National Day Golden Week. The rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast was also good."

"The room was very spacious, and the two double beds were perfectly wide enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, from opening the car door upon arrival and helping with luggage, to opening the car door again and bidding us farewell upon departure. We truly felt at home! As an IHG member, we even received complimentary coffee and drinks upon check-in. The swimming pool and gym were both very clean, and there were even small animals on the 6th-floor observation deck! On October 2nd, which happened to be my child's birthday, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary 6-inch cake! I will likely prioritize hotels from this group for future travels."

Guest UserThe hotel is located within Mount Sanqing, requiring a drive up the mountain, close to the Waishuangxi cable car. Since we had to return the same day, we chose the Jinsha cable car, which was about a 40-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel's facilities are really old. The towels were thin and damaged, the hairdryer switch didn't work, the hand soap dispenser was empty, and the toilet seat was wooden, like something from over a decade ago. Choosing the mountain view balcony was a bit of a mistake; the mountain was right in front of us, too close to see any distant views. My son went to the gym, which didn't have many machines, but the service was very good.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near the subway station and Nanchang Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around or catching a train. The room facilities are all brand new, and they even offer free late-night noodles that are really delicious. The only minor drawback is that the mattress is a bit soft, which took some getting used to since I prefer a firm bed. But I still slept quite well! Overall, the good outweighs the bad, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is conveniently located near Xianghu Lake, which is a great place to visit. The hotel environment is quite good, the lobby is beautiful, and the cleanliness is also decent. There were many weddings taking place at the hotel when I visited, so there were a lot of people, but the management was excellent; it didn't feel crowded or chaotic at all. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were all very nice, and they added me on WeChat for timely communication. The downsides are that the room didn't have a refrigerator and the elevators were a bit slow.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and came with a sofa bed, perfect for families with older children. It offers a view of Tengwang Pavilion across the river and is directly accessible from a Line 2 subway exit, making travel easy even during National Day traffic. I recommend the mixed noodles and瓦罐汤 (clay pot soup) combo for breakfast – a classic Jiangxi breakfast. Xiao Tan at the front desk was very friendly and efficient.

Guest UserThere were cigarette butts left in the bathroom of the room and they were not cleaned up. The front desk helped to change the room. I asked if there were any equipment for children, and was told that there was no such service, only for adults. To park, you have to drive from the auxiliary road in front of the hotel to an underground parking lot in a residential area. It is difficult to find it without calling to ask. It feels like the city construction and design are full of bugs. Compared to the city, it is relatively close to the Haihunhou Museum, and the museum is still worth a visit.

It's located in what I'd consider the old city center of Nanchang, right next to a subway station, and the hotel has excellent parking. The room was very spacious. The only downside is that, perhaps due to the humidity in the south, the room and elevators appeared very old and gave the impression of a renovated old hotel. For a hotel that opened in '23, this shouldn't be the case. If you're particular about that, then it's an issue.
