I contacted them in advance about early check-in and was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked into the room. Hygiene: Overall good. Breakfast for big kids: They offer one complimentary breakfast for a big kid, but adults need to purchase two sets. It would be even better if this discount were more substantial. Service: Our housekeeper, Tina, was incredibly responsible! I'll definitely be looking for her next time~

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the service hotline was answered promptly. Hygiene: Excellent environment, with a wardrobe and various complimentary amenities. Ambiance: It wasn't yet the season for air conditioning, and as it's a fully enclosed hotel, the room temperature was a bit high. Service: Attentive, meticulous, and patient. This included room service, the hotel front desk, restaurant service, hosts, and guest relations like Ellie, all demonstrating the high standards of a five-star hotel. Notes: A small suggestion – the scent at the hotel entrance was a bit too strong. It triggered my rhinitis; the fragrance was indeed a bit overpowering.

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. See you again, Ascott, in the summer!

The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. Parking was very convenient, and breakfast was good. My only confusion was why there were restrictions on the 'complimentary' drinking water. At checkout, another guest mentioned being charged for extra water, and it turned out I had also been caught out. (I saw a disposable toilet seat cover on the toilet and assumed it was free, but it was one of those flimsy, unusable types like on planes, so I threw it away.) They charged me 2 yuan for it! Having traveled extensively, this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Just a heads-up to be cautious. I hope the hotel doesn't lose customers by nickel-and-diming them.

I had an extended stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenyang during the May Day holiday, and my experience was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Dino for their meticulous and patient service, as well as their prompt responses. Every request was handled efficiently and properly. Even with the busy holiday crowd, they maintained professionalism and a gentle demeanor, skillfully arranging my check-in and itinerary details, proactively resolving various issues, and providing thoughtful and prompt service. The hotel's overall environment was comfortable, and the service was consistently good, making my entire stay worry-free and relaxing. It's truly an ideal choice for a long holiday stay.

When we checked in, the front desk specifically told us that the breakfast area downstairs would be very crowded during the May Day holiday, and there would be long queues during peak dining hours. They suggested we upgrade to the executive floor for a small fee, which would allow us to have breakfast upstairs and enjoy exclusive executive lounge privileges. We decided to try it out and upgraded, and it was absolutely worth it! The VIP floor truly lives up to its VIP status; it's a completely different experience. Firstly, the dining environment upstairs is excellent – quiet and comfortable, with no need to jostle for space or queue. Most importantly, the staff ladies on the executive floor are incredibly gentle and attentive, providing super thoughtful service. They go above and beyond to fulfill any request, truly exceptional. When I booked the hotel, I spent a long time searching online, and this was one of the highest-rated hotels in Dalian. Having stayed here myself, I now understand that their excellent service is genuinely felt in every interaction. Overall, the stay was very genuine and incredibly comfortable. I sincerely thank every hotel staff member for their hard work. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Dalian!

I chose this room at the Xiyue International Hotel during my business trip to Tieling, and overall, I had a very good experience. Here are my honest impressions: The room has a very common minimalist modern style, with wood paneling and light colors, making it clean, refreshing, and not at all cramped. The space was much larger than I expected; there was plenty of room for the bed, sofa, and small tea table without feeling crowded. The bedding felt high-quality, and I didn't experience any back pain after a night's sleep, which is quite important for business travelers. The bathroom is semi-open, equipped with double sinks, a large bathtub, and a smart toilet. The facilities are quite new, and the room was very clean. Taking a bath in the evening was quite relaxing. The room also provided complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and coffee, making it convenient to make your own tea. The bathrobes were also very soft. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, and space were all excellent, making for a very worry-free stay. There were no unpleasant issues, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Tieling for business.

For our May Day trip to Dalian, we specifically chose the Shangri-La Dalian, a classic five-star hotel that's been open for nearly 30 years. Overall, the service was reassuring. Despite the large holiday crowds, the hotel handled the peak well. They temporarily expanded the lobby lounge into a breakfast area, and the dining experience was orderly. The staff at the Horizon Club on the 25th floor were also gentle and patient, very friendly towards children. Their exclusive breakfast, snacks, and dinner were particularly thoughtful. I must give a special shout-out to the hotel's swimming pool! The space is tall, spacious, and filled with sunlight. The entire area feels dry and not stuffy. The public areas were meticulously clean, and the pool service was excellent. The pool depth design is incredibly reasonable; the main pool's shallowest point is 1.3 meters, and there's a dedicated shallow children's pool, perfect for infants and toddlers. It's very family-friendly, and the kids had a great time. The basic room space was sufficient, with a practical sofa, work area, and luggage rack. However, the hardware issues due to its age were prominent: the mattress was too firm and light, and there were few pillow options, leading to an average sleep experience. The bathroom lacked a separate toilet room, and the sink area was cramped. Additionally, the bath towels were too small and thin, not meeting five-star standards. I recommend the hotel promptly replace mattresses, pillows, and other amenities, and upgrade consumables to improve overall detail quality.

The hotel is about 6 kilometers away from the ancient city and 3 kilometers away from the sea. There are no commercial facilities around it. It is in the development stage and has some construction sites. The main body of the hotel is located above the 7th floor of an apartment building. The lobby is located on the 7th floor, and the bottom is a bathing place. This mixed structure of commercial and residential is more chaotic. There is no feeling of a hotel on the first floor. There is free parking, but because it is shared with the bathing center, the parking space will be tight during the peak period. For self-driving tourists, you need to be mentally prepared in advance. As a newer hotel, its hardware facilities have their highlights. The laundry room and gym on the 8th floor are convenient for long-term guests. The rooms are apartment-style, equipped with simple cooking equipment such as microwave ovens, and have a balcony with a view to create a home travel atmosphere. However, from the details, the decoration of the room is slightly rough, many obvious project leftover problems have not been properly dealt with, the shower head blocked the water flow, affecting the overall living texture and experience, the view outside the balcony has no highlights, you should see the sunrise. The hotel still has a lot of room for improvement in management and service details. It has a convenient location and the hardware foundation of the apartment hotel, but if you want to truly match Hilton's brand standards, you need to invest more energy in the engineering fine detail and service quality to make the guest's stay more perfect.

Hhongyanliu56Participated in the Dalian Marathon. This was my second time visiting Dalian, and just like my previous trip during the 2019 Qingming holiday, I stayed at the InterContinental. The location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside. I usually head towards Zhongshan Square Station, but on checkout day, the doorman, the guy with the long hair in a ponytail, recommended Friendly Square Station and even walked me to the intersection. I really appreciated that! The hotel breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety, including Dalian specialties like sea cucumber porridge with rice and kidney bean clam noodles, plus roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), wraps, and fried dough sticks. I got to try them all! Housekeeping was very prompt; every day I'd leave in the morning and come back in the afternoon to a clean room. The bathroom was spacious and well-lit. The only minor downside was that the room didn't have a main overhead light, making it a bit dim.

GGuest UserI stayed in Dalian for 3 nights. The first night was in Dalian city, and the second and third nights were in Jinshitan. I stayed at 3 different hotels, and I honestly think the Hard Rock Hotel deserves a great review. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and very meticulous, and check-in was exceptionally fast. Then, a staff member named 'Yi Yang Qian Xi' (a playful reference to a celebrity, likely implying excellent service) helped carry my luggage to the room, which I found very thoughtful and considerate. Both the hotel's hardware and software aspects left me very satisfied! The key thing is, during the May Day holiday, among hotels in the average price range of 800-1000, the Hard Rock Hotel truly stands out in all aspects. Whether it's the location, the hotel facilities, or the staff's service attitude and professionalism, everything was excellent. This is my genuine review, not a insincere one written to get discounts or gifts, but a true reflection of my stay!

FFengkuangdejiqimiaoThe room facilities are quite good, and there's a smart toilet. However, the outlets on both sides of the bed in the suite bedroom are very loose. Even after having engineering come to fix them once, chargers still sometimes fall out when plugged in. If the air conditioning is on high fan speed, it makes a rattling noise, which is a bit disruptive to sleep, especially at night. During the off-season, the lounge is located in the lobby bar. Afternoon tea is set menu style and the quality is just okay. The evening service is also in the lobby bar, but one evening when I went, it was already roped off with no staff around. I had to call the front desk to get someone to come. I'm not sure if the lobby bar staff are aware that the executive lounge benefits have moved there, it's confusing. Dinner is also a set menu, with the menu changing and offering both noodles and rice – generally simple meals.

GGuest UserThanks to Mr. Daniel Wang, the manager of the Front Office Department. I stayed at the hotel for quite a few days. He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home. During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble. He communicated with me smoothly and provided a lot of help. The hotel service was outstanding, enabling me to feel the considerate service even in a foreign country. I will choose this hotel again next time. Once again, thank you to all the service staff for bringing more wonderful experiences to the guests.

Hhrk0410I visited with my children for a hot spring trip. It was very cold outside, but as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, it felt incredibly warm. Ms. LIA was truly wonderful. She arranged a comfortable, child-friendly room for us and promptly delivered all the necessities we requested. Since it was our first time here and we weren't familiar with the area, she also recommended some fantastic restaurants near Gastein, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The hot springs were so relaxing and warming, and the breakfast was excellent too. This is definitely a place I'd love to visit again. Thank you so much!

OofficeHow should I put it? This hotel should be of a relatively high grade in Yingkou. The location is also good, right by the Daliao River. The hotel itself is fine, and the service is also good, especially the front desk and catering services. There is just one problem, which is not considered an opinion, but a suggestion: The facade of this hotel is a glass curtain wall, which results in a small window in each room. The duvet arranged by the hotel did not allow me to sleep well on the first night. I couldn't stand the heat when I covered myself with the quilt, and it was cold when I didn't cover myself with it. I just dealt with the hot and cold all night. The next morning, I asked the floor attendant for a thin quilt. The attendant was good and delivered it to the room quickly, but the thin quilt of the hotel was also a down quilt, which was almost not much thinner. The next afternoon, I went to the front desk and asked the attendant if I could find a summer quilt. The front desk contacted the floor attendant, who said that this was the quilt and told me that it was the same quilt in summer. I had no choice but to insist on one more night. I stayed for two nights in total and did not sleep well for two nights. But I still have to thank the hotel for letting us know that it would be very convenient to bring a summer quilt in the car when we go out in the future. It may not be used, but what if it is.
