During my stay at Fushun Friendship Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service experience. The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff were evident throughout, all delivered with efficiency and warmth. The dining experience at the Chinese restaurant was particularly commendable. The dishes were authentic in flavor and meticulously prepared, reflecting a clear dedication to quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Each course was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise. While enjoying new coffee blends and refreshments at the lobby bar during my leisure time, the young female staff consistently maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, engaging in friendly and natural conversations that enhanced the relaxed ambiance. Over several days, the hotel demonstrated high standards across all aspects – service, dining, and ambiance – creating a consistently comfortable and reassuring environment. I look forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

This is an older five-star hotel in Dalian, conveniently located directly across from Shangri-La and Furama, as well as the luxury brand street of Times Square. Its excellent location makes it easy to get anywhere. The room was quite spacious, and the front desk even upgraded it for us. Breakfast, however, was relatively simple. The live cooking stations offered Eggs Benedict, omelets, jianbing guozi (savory Chinese crepes), rice balls, and freshly made noodles. For Dalian specialties, there were seaweed buns, but other categories felt pretty uninspired. The auntie making the jianbing at breakfast was especially lovely!

It's close to the train station, Tianjin Street, and Russian Culture Street, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable: This is an older five-star hotel, and the rooms are large (starting from a minimum of 50 sqm). The bedding is soft, and the bathroom is huge with excellent water pressure. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the higher floors offer an unbeatable view, perfect for seeing the city panorama during the day and the sparkling night view in the evening. The service is thoughtful and professional: The front desk staff are enthusiastic and efficient, making check-in smooth and check-out quick. The staff are always ready to help and pay attention to details, actively offering to help with luggage and providing welcome amenities. The dining is excellent: The breakfast selection is incredibly varied, and the sea cucumber rice and clam noodles are both fantastic. Overall impression: This is a highly recommended and cost-effective choice in downtown Dalian. The transportation, views, service, and comfort are all top-notch, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dalian!

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.

The space is incredibly spacious, perfect for a family reunion. The service was very attentive, always on call. The breakfast had a great variety, offering good value for money. The room temperature was comfortable, and there was even a humidifier. The location is very close to Shenyang Railway Station, offering a glimpse into the city planning of yesteryear. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to experience the 9th-floor spa this time, but I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang. Cleanliness: Very good Facilities: Everything you could need is there, including a washing machine and kitchenware, which were very convenient. Service: Enthusiastic front desk staff, as well as friendly restaurant and housekeeping personnel. Environment: There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is very convenient.

Our stay this time was quite a pleasant surprise. Tina, one of the staff members, was very enthusiastic and upgraded our room, which made our stay very comfortable. The parent-child themed decorations require an advance booking, and they provide a full set of children's toiletries, which is a great touch! The breakfast was decent, with some local Shenyang specialties. The swimming pool water temperature was good, and the attendant there was very warm and friendly.
