Great place to stay..just above the station with mere minutes to walk . Nice room and splendid breakfast offerings. Room does not provide toothbrush 🪥 so bring one . No slippers if you feel that you need.

The hotel is very close to the Cologne Exhibition Hall, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The receptionist is very friendly. The room is clean and sanitary, and there is plenty of hot water. Disadvantages: Breakfast is a bit expensive at 28 euros; the quilt is too thin and too short (but not cold). Summary: I will choose this place again when I attend the Cologne Exhibition next time.

Stayed one night before an early flight. The hotel itself was a typical large slightly aging airport hotel. The room was very clean & of a good size. The biggest thing that let it down was the lack of air conditioning, normally we sleep a healthy sub 18 degrees at night but we were unable to get the room air conditioning any less than a hot 22 degrees without opening a window which on the 6th floor of an airport hotel was a non-starter with the noise. When printing this out at reception while checking out we were unhelpfully told they would get the maintainence department to have a look at it! So a sleepless night and early flight caused a miserable start to our vacation.

The hotel is on the court and it is a bit noisy to meet the ball game on weekends. The room is more spacious. The restaurant downstairs is good and the service guy is very warm and thoughtful. A little far from the train station, it takes more than 20 minutes to walk. There are many small restaurants in the surrounding streets.

The overall feeling in the small and medium-sized German city is not bad, the environment is quiet, there is a Dortmund Memorial Hall and Dortmund Football Club main stadium nearby, and it is a minute's drive from the station and downtown 7-8. Due to environmental protection, the hotel's free personal hygiene products are relatively limited. What is more unexpected is that the two bottles of bubble water at the room bar are also charged. If you don't tell the front desk, there is no free water. Breakfast is quite satisfactory and dessert is nice.

The room was clean as it was recently renovated I believe. The location was not the best but in a quiet area. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. So we had to listen to the lift all night :( Bathroom is super tiny and no amenities. Not up to the standard for Hilton.

Unfortunately, the Kiman facility in the room was not to fix a pleasant sleep temperament, so it was too warm. At the reception it was notified and there was just a brief excuse. I would have expected a price change. The room, a friend, was too warm and the nice young man at the reception noticed that this was probably also defected by other guests.

Great hotel with many options, such as swimming pool, massage and fitness. Very friendly and premature staff. Starting from the reception, Personnel at the restaurant, room service and the lady at the massages were excellent. Breakfast buffet has something to offer for everyone and doesn't leave any wishes open. Special wishes are also fulfilled. Our daughter had birthday and the table for dinner was fully covered. Also the staff congratulated, All were very hearty and had a little time for a few nice words despite a lot of work. The hotel is very clean and maintained. There are very many efforts to make the guests comfortable it. The sun was hardly out and temperatures rose, the outer terrace was decorated and beautifully decorated. Man can also make many excursions in a short time, such as to Cologne, Bonn, King Winter (dragon rocks) etc. We can recommend the hotel with the best conscience and it may be good that we stay here once again when we are in the area. We are about 500 km away.

The family rooms are modern and very spacious. Delicious Nespresso coffee, tea and water in the room. Breakfast and dinner are very tasty and the buffet is very varied and very good! Small but nice wellness area with steam bath, sauna, footbath and loungers. We would come back!
