"The service staff was broadly friendly. Unfortunately at the reception we met on a somewhat unfriendly staff. Parking in the adjacent parking house we have
Regulated at arrival, with a parking ticket for two days and paid at the reception. After a business visit to Chemnitz the next day, we didn't get through the barrier with our ticket when we returned, i.e. when pressing the button, a new parking ticket came out. At the reception no one could help us, we had to go through the street to a parking company office. As a service we would have expected one of the two employees at the reception that a telephone call with this company will be conducted would certainly have been able to clarify some of us. To get out, we had to pay a new ticket for 10 euros. Totally € 30,00 for 2 days. Is a lot of money! Unfortunately the room was noisy from street noise, although we have ordered an extra quiet room. Eventually there are no quiet rooms! The room was close to the TV. The arrangement would have been possible otherwise. We were twice ,,Good,, Eating in the hotel."

The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

Anonymous UserNewly renovated hotel, modern and clean. Prime location close to Central train station and tram stops, yet not noisy around. Shopping malls, supermarkets, large and small restaurants of different cuisine are nearby. Walking to the historic center takes just 10 minutes. Reception staff are all friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast in a nice restaurant is most enjoyable.

There are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Parking is charged. Don't be together like a stranger

The hotel is in the city center, with nice interior decoration and low-key appearance. I found the hotel only when I arrived at the door. Because I arrived on Sunday, there were few people in the city center and almost all businesses were closed. On Monday, the market near the hotel opened, which was really lively. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I basically walked to all the attractions. I like the Bach Museum the most. It is really enjoyable to listen to Bach's works with headphones!

Guest UserThe hotel fully met our expectations! The location is excellent – just a few minutes from the old town and the pedestrian zone, and many sights are within easy walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, providing a perfect start to the day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable; we immediately felt at home. The parking garage was also a huge plus and very convenient. All in all, a successful stay; we highly recommend the hotel!

Guest UserIt's an ok hotel in a good position, right in the city centre. Im not sure how it would be classified as 4 stars though. It was very hot and the air-conditioning wasn't really working properly, being in the middle of the city it was too loud to open the windows. The bathroom toilet area is frosted glass so no privacy, be mindful if booking with anyone other than a partner. The staff were nice, parking was expensive.

Guest UserA fantastic hotel, very elegantly furnished, with a personal welcome gift of chocolates in the room. The minibar was very well stocked with water, Fanta, juices, wine, and beer – a rare find these days. All rooms have balconies, and there's even a cozy blanket in the closet for enjoying the complimentary red wine in the evening! Coffee maker and tea are provided in the room, and the bathroom is huge with beautiful blue tiles. We had a double bed and a sofa bed for two people in separate rooms, both with flat-screen TVs! It can be a bit noisy at night due to the trams running next to the hotel, but the hotel is very centrally located next to the main train station and the main shopping street. The zoo is just a 10-minute walk away. A cozy atmosphere prevails during the generous breakfast. Parking in the hotel garage costs €22 per night and must be reserved in advance – everything was straightforward, and our family was truly delighted. We will definitely be back!
The hotel has a wellness area without a pool but with a sauna and salt sauna, open from 5 pm to 10 pm. Each sauna is heated individually upon request (12 euros per person).

The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!

We changed the room with the Frauenkirche view to a bigger room 300(39 m2). However the bathroom door is shared with the cupboards. That disturb the other when one goes to toilet in the night. The door makes noise and lights from the bathroom wakes up the other. These for 3 nights we didn’t sleep well. The elegant Grand cafe close by is wonderful in the evening for drinks.

The rooms are spacious, the mini-bar offers free drinks, and the location is superb. The Green Dome is right across from the hotel, the Royal Array is 200 meters to the right after exiting the hotel, the Elbe River is nearby, and there's a delicious Nama Chocolate ice cream shop just 5 meters to the right after exiting the hotel.
