The service is up to five-star hotel standards—clean, and everything is done according to regulations. It's already the best hotel on the island. Airport shuttle service is not provided; a taxi ride costs 3 pesos. The hotel has its own sea lion beach, hot springs, and swimming pool. It's probably the best hotel in the Galapagos Islands. It's also the closest to the airport, making it a perfect starting point for island hopping.

Wha an amazing place! The property really lives up to the name. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to accommodate. The food is amazing and the chef is very skilled in his craft. Pedro, checked me in and ensured that I had a vacation to remember. Paúl, an employee and local taxi driver became my personal chauffeur. This was the best vacation spot I’ve ever stayed in.

This hotel was amazing! First of all, Alejandro is the best and will show you around the 300 acre property when you arrive (with a welcome drink of course). The property is remote and relaxing and the villas are beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get away!

Lovely family run hotel! Everybody goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. The lovely family who runs the hotel are so helpful! The dad helped me book all tours and transportation in the Galapagos Islands. The mum is and amazing cook and provided me with the best meals I have had on the islands! As a solo female traveller I can not recommended this place enough, I have felt totally safe and comfortable!
The location is a little bit out of the city centre but it makes for a perfect place to start or finish your tour of the Galapagos Islands, a very calm and quiet hotel in a beautiful location!
