This wasn’t our first time at Stella Grand, but it was by far the most special — we were celebrating my son’s birthday!
The staff went above and beyond to make it memorable, surprising us with thoughtful touches and cheerful smiles every day. The kids truly enjoyed!
The animation team deserves a special shoutout — they are so kind and full of energy.
And for the adults? The food is absolutely delicious, the pools are crystal clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained.

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

Five-star recommendation! Going out is the beach, the balcony faces the sea, rising in the morning to watch the sunrise on the sea, the environment is clean and comfortable, the service is intimate, and the holiday is the first choice.
The sea view exceeded expectations, the room was clean and tidy without damp smell, a few steps downstairs to the beach, the price was full, and I would stay next time.

The newly opened hotel has a golf course, swimming pool, etc. The decoration style is the latest popular. The room is large in size and a separate cloakroom. The breakfast was also delicious, and I actually ate the ripe white balsam fruit for the first time. Front desk service, room service, lobby service are very good, golf club staff dress up.

The environment of the hotel is very good. After arriving at the hotel, I decided to stay one more night and upgraded to a sea view room. The room is big but the equipment is relatively old and simple. Breakfast and dinner are good. The hotel is all locals, very friendly, and there are The activity arrangement is good. On the second day, our child's throat became irritated and caused fever. The hotel also had a doctor who prescribed medicine for free, and also introduced the Cairo hospital to us. Thank you very much. When we arrived in Cairo, we were worried and went to the hospital. The hospital doctor agreed with the hotel doctor's diagnosis and medication. The child recovered the next day. Thank you very much!
By the way, the doctors in the hotel and Cairo Hospital did not discriminate against us because we were Chinese and had a fever. They did not even wear masks deliberately, or even disagreed with our request for virus testing. In this terrible period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, it is very valuable. thank you very much!
I took a lot of beautiful hotel photos, but I couldn't upload them at first. Let's see if I can upload them again after returning to China. This hotel is highly recommended, breakfast and lunch are not expensive.

The location is relatively biased, there is no way to take a taxi, the front desk can not help the guests call the car, really speechless. I was in a hurry to go to Teda, and finally took the local car. The Egyptian people were still very enthusiastic. They sent us to Teda without any cost. Breakfast is still available in the local area. After the first afternoon, I ordered a seafood pasta. The weight is large and the taste is OK?
