GGuest UserThe location is relatively biased, there is no way to take a taxi, the front desk can not help the guests call the car, really speechless. I was in a hurry to go to Teda, and finally took the local car. The Egyptian people were still very enthusiastic. They sent us to Teda without any cost. Breakfast is still available in the local area. After the first afternoon, I ordered a seafood pasta. The weight is large and the taste is OK?

CChandreI loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

GGuest UserThe hotel amenities were quite good enough to stay inside without going somewhere else. I am really admired by the front desk officers, cleaning, pool and aqua staff who were supportive and friendly ppl.
The only neutral comment is that the food was normal and location is not by the sea side.

On the second day, our child's throat became irritated and caused fever. The hotel also had a doctor who prescribed medicine for free, and also introduced the Cairo hospital to us. Thank you very much. When we arrived in Cairo, we were worried and went to the hospital. The hospital doctor agreed with the hotel doctor's diagnosis and medication. The child recovered the next day. By the way, the doctors in the hotel and Cairo Hospital did not discriminate against us because we were Chinese and had a fever.
