Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

ValstarHad a pleasant staying. Rooms are very clean and has Rituals! Breakfast is included and also good have everything you need for the morning. Cleaning ladies were very kind. Also minibar and snacks are nice.

Anonymous UserA really great hotel! It's not far from the city center, just about a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi ride. There's a small supermarket nearby where I bought a lot of Fazer chocolates for souvenirs. The breakfast was also very rich and varied.

Barbs AdventuresThe amenities in this studio were fabulous, great kitchen area and bathroom including a washing machine and laundry pods. The staff were helpful when needed and we could store our luggage free of charge before and after check out in a secure space. It also had 2 jacuzzis, a steam room and a sauna which was wonderful after a long day of exploring Helsinki. There was a metro and tram station right outside and a Lidl and kmart right next to it. Perfect place to stay I could not recommend it enough !!

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in Europe. It’s literally in Helsinki airport and it’s so near. Everything is nice and convenient. It’s like you’re staying in a shopping mall. Love it

The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with an overall elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The semi-buffet breakfast was of good quality. The service was excellent, attentive and meticulous. However, the tablet in my room that controlled the TV and other devices seemed to be broken, but I didn't need to watch TV, so it didn't bother me. Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki.

The room was really cold, I got set warmer. a stick room, not a pleasant. The kids' wooden bags were over.
the view of the room was very bad, the wall in front. really expensive room in relation to quality. Breakfast was congestive and basic supplies

The hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak.
The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.
