Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with an overall elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The semi-buffet breakfast was of good quality. The service was excellent, attentive and meticulous. However, the tablet in my room that controlled the TV and other devices seemed to be broken, but I didn't need to watch TV, so it didn't bother me. Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki.

Had a pleasant staying. Rooms are very clean and has Rituals! Breakfast is included and also good have everything you need for the morning. Cleaning ladies were very kind. Also minibar and snacks are nice.

The Crowne Plaza Helsinki has an excellent location, within walking distance to city center attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the 24-hour service is attentive. It offers great value for money, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and cutlery, but no seasonings. There were some seasonings in the common kitchen, so I guess it's okay to use those. However, when I checked at night, some party people had taken over the shared kitchen, which was disappointing. The sauna was nice, but instead of a cold plunge, it was lukewarm water. Also, the party people were chatting the whole time, so I couldn't really relax. Check-in and check-out are self-service, but there's always someone in the staff room, so it was good to be able to ask questions when I needed help. There were no towels in my room for some reason, but when I asked, they brought one right away, which was a lifesaver. I was happy that the room had a washing machine, detergent, and a drying rack. But it was a mystery that there was no hairdryer. You have to borrow one from a locker on a specific floor. I was lucky there was one left when I borrowed it, but it would be tough if there weren't any available. The shared lounge was great with various seating options. The hotel is right in front of the tram station, has a supermarket nearby, and it only takes about 20 minutes to get to Helsinki Central, which is very convenient.

This hotel is located right inside the airport; you can simply walk through a connecting passage to get to the terminals, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast is also very generous and tasty, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff provides excellent service. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place during a layover.

The hotel is located in the heart of city center. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity which makes things very easy. Very close to train stations and many tram lines nearby. Staff and service are great. Breakfast is great. The hotel has a lot of tradition and is maintained very well. The gym is quite good too. Rooms are not very big but spacious enough. Bathroom is very nicely designed and comfortable.

Best bed and air conditioning I have! Quiet and stylish hotel room. Good location with tram and train stations within walking distance. Nice and friendly staff. Just note the bathroom has no door. If not used to cold weather, you may feel cold while taking the bath. Also the luggage storage at hotel is a series of lockers. If the lockers are full, you may not be able to keep your luggage there.

The room was really cold, I got set warmer. a stick room, not a pleasant. The kids' wooden bags were over. the view of the room was very bad, the wall in front. really expensive room in relation to quality. Breakfast was congestive and basic supplies Nothing special.

The hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak. The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.
