Hotels With Spa in Viti Levu Group, Fiji

Really loved our stay at this hotel. I’m not sure how it is a 2-star hotel - the room, cleanliness and amenities looked like a 4+ star hotel. It includes everything we needed fo our stay. Only thing missing was the gym, and the pool could be better as it looks like just a water stream under the walking bridge. Overall we really liked our stay.

Where do you start. Greeted us with sincerity and had bn upgraded. The Bures were beautiful, everything you need. But could have used a bigger fridge .Gardens were immaculate. Staff were amazing, kind, genuinely friendly. Went out of their way to know our names. At dinner we were welcomed with their welcome song. We stayed twice. We had already booked our timeshare for our second week and were very sad to leave. All the staff came together to sing Fijis good bye song ‘Isa Lei’ which brought tears to our eyes. Only spent three nights at our timeshare and rang Crusoes to say we were coming back. They welcomed us back with open arms. Snorkeling was great. Activities were pre organized for the next day. We loved every moment and we will def be coming back next year. We made lifelong friends

Really liked the vibe of the place. Simple, clean, peaceful. We had a couple of minor issues with our room that got fixed promptly. Amenities could be considered limited compared to bigger resorts like Shangri La or Intercontinental (no gym, no complimentary water) but that was okay for us. One of the folks working here let me take my pick of the books from the luggage room to take home. The older gentleman sculpting things by the beach was also a pleasure to hang out and chat with. Wish we spent more than 2 days here!

If you're up for a short break in Nadi, Capricorn is a great place for you. Convenient location, thus close to the airport and Nadi town. Affordable rooms and amenities are okay. However, heads up! - WiFi not free as they said in the booking. You have to pay at the reception for a daily plan/ I recommend you get a Sim Card at the airport. - T.V is not working in the Family rooms. - Laundry is not available but there is a laundromat nearby.

The staff were faultless!! However there were far too many mosquitoes to enjoy our stay- we had stayed in Nadi prior to this for the same amount of time and had 0 problems, same in one of the islands- no bites… here however we had over 20 between two of us from one night. Perhaps they could have repelling candles on the outdoor seating areas, and fly catchers elsewhere, but something needs to be done in this season! I found it overpriced for the experience, the food was average and not worth the cost, there was a cockroach and lizard in our room- I would say the roofs need looking at/ re sealing. The interconnecting rooms are NOT soundproof and you can hear everything from next door. We asked to move and were so with 0 hassle- again the staff were ALL absolutely amazing!!!

The hotel restaurant is good. The room is large and the health is OK but not particularly good. The hotel is across the road from the beach to the sea. It is a bit strange that the Fijian people are friendly to the Chinese.

The hotel is a bit aged but well maintained. The fire show on Monday night is impressive and entertaining. Kids club is a bit small and doesn’t have much to do inside. Outside playground is nice and new.

I loved the luxurious lobby and our room with a beautiful pool view. The beach at night is stunning, especially with the fire decorations. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport, and the food is also good. However, there were some issues. We called twice for extra towels and to replace a dirty vanity kit in our room, but no one came. Some staff also seemed to take advantage of travelers. For example, we had to wait a long time to get a refund for a drink we bought at the pool bar and could only receive it after repeatedly asking. Additionally, we tried to book an early morning taxi to the airport, but the staff claimed it wasn’t possible because taxis weren’t available at that time. Later, we saw a taxi at the hotel front dropping off a passenger. The staff then quickly came out to say she can book one now. Overall, while the property and amenities are lovely, service issues affected our experience.

Second time for us to stay here this hotel! This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help! We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason! -friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart! -spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge -Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels! -spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day! Thank you for the another beautiful stay and we will definitely come back!!

Where disappointed, room was not like the pictures . Was advertised as a deluxe room bur was very old and small. When walking to our room we walked over mats that were covering a hole . The back door of our room only had a chain to lock and we hadn't realized there was no internet. We realized immediately that we would not be comfortable and decided to leave immediately. We asked If we could at least have 1 night of our 2 nights already payed reimbursed but we're declined.
