JJust love travel by JaxThe hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears.
Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.

GGuest UserThe location is convenient, just near the train station, within walking distance, and convenient for eating. The surrounding environment is a bit messy, but the hotel's internal environment is great, and it is pet-friendly. They also prepared a dog bowl for my dog

CCéline FaurouxWe found it in June and returned to it in July and will return there every time we go to Montpellier thanks to Medhi who with the smile always made his best to make our stays be The hotel is very comfortable and the staff (home, barman, servers, household women interviewers...) is very welcome, to your listening and always available. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. The breakfast is a good breakfast and pleasant to take in its large room with garden or terrace, or you can also take dinner there on lunch and evening. Pool access for guests or persons outside

GGuest UserThe hotel has a beautiful facade and is very close to the Roman arena, museums and restaurants. The breakfast is great, the interior is very new and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak good English.
For a 5 star hotel and the price paid, I expected the room to be larger and a bit higher spec. However the beds were really comfortable. I didn’t expect to be questioned when I asked for extra coffee for the room or for the magnifying mirror in the bathroom to be hanging off the wall. Also disappointing was the chipped coffee cup we had at breakfast, though the food was first class, plentiful and varied.
It’s a shame it is difficult to access by car and that parking is some distance away but then Nîmes is an ancient city with many narrow one way streets.
All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend it to friends.

Ggregory clayThis is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade.
I would absolutely go back.

EElenita D.We really enjoyed our stay at Sowell Hotels Les Chevaliers. We booked a Deluxe room with a terrace and a view of the medieval fortress of Carcassonne, and we definitely did not regret it. At night, the fortress was beautifully illuminated, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning.
The room itself was very nice. Even though it was -3°C outside, the room was warm thanks to the heating, and it felt very comfortable and cozy. Sleeping was also very comfortable. The room was quiet, and we did not hear any noise from other guests.
We booked the room with breakfast. Breakfast was served as a buffet, with a good variety of food, all tasty and fresh.
Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Ffluffy pancakesIt was a pretty pleasant experience in general. Even though we stayed only for a night, facilities are great, clean, good breakfast and the view😍, bed is comfortable, spa with sauna and that massage pool was warm and relaxing and it was only like 13 euros per person 🤩. Had dinner at M restaurant by the beach and you can rent sunbeds there or also there are other places to choose from aswell . The place is a little bit far compared to other beaches but in my opinion is what makes it more special. Even like that you can find everything you need within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, beautiful clean beach🤩🤩😍)
10 out of 10 would recommend.

CC ARTUROClean - comfortable - an extra pillow would be nice for those who want one. The pool isn't 28 degrees but 25 degrees - in winter, two degrees more would be good. Good breakfast with a very friendly waitress. The welcome was also great, by the way.
