Almost nothing I could complain on. The hotel kept the traditional design which I really wanted to experience in such a nice city at Llandudno. Welsh Breakfast, welsh accent reception, English is not my first language and all come to the feeling of travelling. Waking up with great sun and breeze, also seagulls partying.
I did actually read about the history of this family business with a booklet they provided. All rooms come with a name and they honor each staff with their names and picture on it. Great Experience!
