The views of the snow-capped mountains from the rooms are absolutely paramount, a truly prime spot at the highest elevation. Even the surrounding forest scenery is delightful. Though the rooms are on the cozier side, they are thoughtfully designed and well-equipped with everything you might need, making them perfectly functional. The hotel's restaurant deserves a special mention; it's truly exceptional. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and every dinner dish we tried was outstanding – absolutely no disappointments. It’s a perfect pairing of stunning views and incredible cuisine. A staff member named Nike truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly and genuinely enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and offering useful tips on weather conditions and safety. His passion for hospitality was truly evident. I sincerely hope to have the chance to return to Kazbegi and extend my stay by a couple more days.

I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. Separately, of course, this is the view of the mountains, cars drive by, but this noise did not bother us. We slept soundly, breathing in the mountain air. I will attach several photos. Lovely hotel, good spa area (swimming pool, steam room and bath) The room is clean, neat. Breakfast is very delicious, in a restaurant for lunch/dinner prices are acceptable and the dishes are delicious Also we took a tour of the wine - it is visible that everything was done with the soul, the owner is great thanks for the gifts! )

We made a temporary reservation because of snow and road closures. We booked a family room, which was the best room with a king bed. The hotel felt very deserted. The floors were generally closed and seemed to be under renovation. I had to leave early the next morning, so I left my room card at the front desk. I left without breakfast

It wasn’t a bad hotel but with this price of staying I could find a nicer hotel. Facilities were quite old. Our bed was not in a good condition. The floor made of wood which make a lot of noise while walking. I can foot steps of hotel guests every time. However The view from the room was amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

You can definitely relieve the fatigue of trekking in the main area by swimming in the hotel... The location is a bit out of the way, but the price is cheap and the breakfast is good.
