Guest UserI would like to share my wonderful experience staying at Mercure Pangkalan Bun. The hotel is excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The food was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
After a long 6–7 hour business trip through off-road conditions, I did not regret choosing this hotel as a place to rest and relax. It was truly a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Asniatul JamilahThe hotel's location is strategically in the heart of Palangkaraya. What I found most impressive was that the breakfast area is right next to the swimming pool, so you can have breakfast, then go for a swim, and even eat again until 10:30 AM! ❤️❤️❤️😍😍 Very good experience.

glassboxConvenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.
