location is strategic, close to shopping centers and renowned dining places. the room i stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. Very strategic location. Everything near by. You can find food, shopping in one building. Pasar Bawah also in the same building coz now under renovation. Every time I come to Riau I will stay here

There is some upgrade on their tv’s, near wingstop. Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude

I wish there is an external bidet installed. Cos the one that is internal bidet is filthy and not recommended to use to clean especially you private area. Also meal option expect to have some western choices as well.
