The location is perfect—right at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport—so I didn’t have to worry about traffic or rushing for my next flight. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and efficient, which made the short stay hassle-free.
The room was compact but comfortable, with all the essentials for a transit stop: air-conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and a clean bed. It’s not a large space, but for one night it worked just fine.
The bathroom was clean, though a bit basic. The shower had good water pressure, and amenities like towels and toiletries were provided.
Overall, the hotel has a practical and modern vibe, designed for travelers who need a simple, clean, and easy place to rest between flights.

Clean but the bathroom have no soap and they separate toilet bowl and shower with two room. The toilet is good but the bathroom is flooding outside when you shower. Room is good got bottle water and coffee+tea sachet. View is just ok. the location is perfect near from everything you need such as souvenir, local and international restaurant, convenient store and more

HuaisenI think this is the best value-for-money hotel in the area. The breakfast is rich, and it has a gym and a pool. There are also restaurants and a KFC right outside. It's relatively clean and hygienic. The only thing is that the price seems a bit unstable, fluctuating up and down. Overall, it's really good.

Pros- view was good, room was clean and bathroom was also clean. Easy to use and get around with parking and the pool and gym was great.
Cons- asked for non smoking room as had a child but not provided and due to this yellowish walls and tabacco smell not suitable for a baby.

James MKNovotel is a great pick for a stay in Makassar. Good location get around town.
Rooms are nice, clean, and functional. Gym is small, and probably needs a few upgrades. There is a pool, but not used.
Restaurant is so-so, to be fair. Outside eating options are probably better.
Very friendly and efficient staff - they quickly addressed a minor issue and followed up with excellent attention.
Still, overall, a very good place to choose, and good value for money,

Good location near toll and mall. Double pane glass on the southside of the building would help reduce the sound of the thousands of cars and motorcycles going down the main street in front of the hotel and help reduce cooling costs. Staff is very helpful and professional. Recommended!

YangmanmanThe room was great, very clean, and spacious. The staff provided excellent service too. It was easy to get a taxi right outside the hotel, and we could even order food to our room. The only downside was that the rooftop pool closed too early. I'll definitely book here again for my next business trip.
