Had a pleasant stay at Mercure Padang. The hotel is conveniently located near the town area, making it easy to find food, shops, and nearby attractions. The location is very strategic and accessible.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the basic amenities we needed were provided, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were good, and the overall environment felt cozy and relaxing.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and a great choice when visiting Padang. Would definitely consider staying here again.
The hotel room is spacious, comfortable, clean, strategic location close to Pasar Ateh and Jam Gadang, but when checking in, the service from the receptionist was not good, even the words of the receptionist disappointed the hotel guests (maybe this was an individual, but the other receptionists were good and kind)
We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel breakfast was quite generous, featuring local specialty pastries. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of banks and restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.
The hotel room was spacious and the service was excellent. My child left a piece of clothing in the room and they helped us pack it in a bag and brought it to the lobby. It would be even better if there were two sockets installed at the head of the bed for charging mobile phones!
Location is good, walking distance to eateries, shopping areas and the clock tower. Food for breakfast although limited but fulfilling and nice taste. Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay.
The hotel is right next to the mall and it is walking distance to alot of shops and opposite night market. Great location. Room is very comfortable, spacious and complete with basic amenities.
Location good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy.
Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.
Good location and nice view of Rooftop. Swimming pool too small and not serviced well. Check out anticipated of one day, the Hotel didn't reimbursed the night (unknown the reasons).
