GGuest UserWas a casual trip with my friend. Really really like this hotel, it's my friends first time and my second time to stay there. My friend got surprised with everything. I like it even more than first time. Always feel want to come back again.
Everything was very good, receptionist was very professional, room was very clean. Spa treatment was fabulous. Maria was so kind and professional. Will definitely call back for her.
Another unforgettable person was Sean, always ware warm welcome smile on his face and give fantastic service as well.
I don't think I have enough words to describe our stay. Definitely recommend

GGuest UserOur two night stay was the most enjoyable experience ever. The hotel has a lovely cool and relaxing vibe, with a dedicated space where you can sit and contemplate looking out to the ocean.
Being served your breakfast was a welcome experience (one you don’t get in most hotels). It was a pleasure to come back in the evenings after spending the day strolling around the town.
The hotel offers great entertainment in their comfortable lounge. And of course the staff were friendly throughout the hotel.
I will definitely be going back for a visit.

GGuest UserWhat a lovely hotel! It is a bit far from the center of Tralee, but a short taxi ride away. You can walk around the grounds- be sure to see the beehives! The food is excellent- and breakfast is included in your room charge. The service is very good. There are little seating nooks in the lobby where you can enjoy a cup of tea and just read. They have bicycles for your use as well. The rooms are large and well furnished. I enjoyed my stay there immensely!

GGuest UserThere are a total of 6 hotels in the Ireland Island Tour, and this is the most satisfactory one. Highly recommended, the environment is super good, a little distance from the town of Killarney, but driving is not a problem at all, and you can rent a bicycle in the town. Next to Killarney National Park, the hotel itself is in a park-like environment, with a beautiful lake, and deer were seen at night. The century-old hotel has a retro decoration style, the room size is suitable, and the service is also great. I stayed for two nights and experienced one night of dinner. Steak, salmon, and flounder are highly recommended

GGuest User優點，環境非常美好，房間很大，兩卧兩衞廚房客廳。停車就在公寓門口。空氣清新，像住在森林裏。服務也很好，主動介紹他們有五人間，讓我們可以省了一間房。進門的時候，給三個小孩子的玩具和零食已經整齊的擺在茶几上。這麼多年在國外旅行，第一次見到。
唯一的缺點是床品有點老舊了。而且比較熱門有點難訂。我提前一個月想再延住幾天都沒房了。
