I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the hotel had a fresh and pleasant fragrance that created a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The overall ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.

The hotel is good, and the service was very nice. There was a wide spread of options in the buffet. The initial room we were given had a damp smell, but as soon as I reported it, the staff promptly swapped it for a better one. Overall, it was a good experience.

My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.

Overall its a nice place to stay and can recommend for family. Very convenient and easy to travel to shopping area. Suggest to check with them directly or book via trip as compare to other platform, trip can get cheaper

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable; the breakfast was quite delicious; and the location was decent. If I were to come here again, I would book again.

This hotel scores highly on airport proximity and overall value for money. While the interior and facilities are a bit dated, it's thankfully clean with no noticeable odors. Airplane noise from takeoffs and landings isn't an issue, ensuring a good night's sleep. It's a great choice for transit passengers looking for a budget-friendly option.

We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

Stay was good comfortable but hotel has no food options and extremely pricey a Veg fried rice will cost you 800 rs almost everyone goes to eat at the temple city restaurant opposite also no food service at 12 o clock we were quite hungry wen We reached n only limited options available I feel there is no point keeping taj rates for this hotel please consider the fact and location also room was not worth 7500 per night you get five stars at this rate specially with respect to location and view , prices of this property is not justified at all I have attached our room view please see and judge for yourself .

The hotel offers free airport shuttle service. Upon entering the lobby, they have a unique welcome ritual where they present you with a red, bell-adorned garland. The hotel has a manor-like style, but the interior is quite spacious, with fifty rooms on one floor. They provide welcome fruits, and breakfast is very generous, surprisingly including seafood (though just shrimp), and stewed pork bones, which was all quite good.
