AAh HueiA nice hotel to rest after a long day drive. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and polite. There's a free parking beside the hotel too. And you can enjoy the hot spring in the hotel for free. There is a small bath tub in the room's toilet too. This hotel is quite close to 高干穗峡. The reason I choose this hotel is because of the distance to 高干穗峡 and they are the most affordable hotel within that area. Overall this is a nice hotel, I will definitely visit there again if I go to Kyushu again!

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and it has great amenities (top restaurants including a high ranked steakhouse,, an amazing bakery, a gym, hot spring, laundry room and several stores including a kimono rental store. The hotel is located close to malls and the subway station. The staff are very kind and are always willing to assist even if they are not proficient in English . The breakfast buffet is also great and was included in my reservation. Visiting the steakhouse is a must , it is a tad pricey but worth the expenditure. Miyazaki is known for its beef and chicken. My only negative comment pertains to showers in the standard rooms (there are three kinds of rooms). The showers are very dated, have a weird smell and the shower heads are what you would normally find in a bathroom from the 70s. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, if I had known the showers and tub were so old I would have upgraded to a deluxe room. Overall the hotel is great and it is well priced for its amenities.

GGuest UserI’ve stayed in the twin bedroom several times before, but this was my first time staying in this type of room.
Although the building is old, it was clean and well-maintained.
The bedding was a simple futon-style setup with a mattress laid directly on the floor, but it was very comfortable and I had no issues sleeping.
Since the windows are covered only with shoji screens, light comes in from outside at night, and it gets quite bright early in the morning as well. I’m sensitive to light, so I used an eye mask while sleeping.
As for noise, nothing in particular bothered me, and I was able to stay comfortably.

AAnonymous UserMiyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was perfect for a leisurely visit to Takachiho. It's just a few minutes' drive from Takachiho Gorge and Takachiho Shrine. If the weather's good, it's even close enough to walk! My husband really enjoyed it, even going for an early morning stroll through an empty Takachiho Gorge.
In the evening, we went to see the Yokagura at Takachiho Shrine. The hotel kindly lent us cushions, which made watching the performance really comfortable. Our room was clean, and we had a lovely view of Takachiho's deep green scenery from the window. The food was delicious too!

AAnonymous UserA bit of of the way, it's a dead town at night and all restaurants closed by 830pm when we arrived. Quite a spooky dated resort. The only saving grace was huge rooms, and the private onsen for couples. Front desk couldn't speak a word of English.

GGuest UserRoom size was just enough for 3 adults and 1 baby. It was good idea to book tatami as the baby can walk around in the room. The room was a bit old but it was fine and good to sleep and rest. The breakfast was good too, transitional Japanese style. The public hot spring was not good, quite old but clean notmal water. I would recommend you to buy some hot spring powder to make your own one hot spring bath in the room 😂

The scenery was very good
At night, the light outside is too dazzling and the stars are hard to see, so it's better to be a little weaker.
The lobby, the public bath, the view from the restaurant are superb because it is high
It was hard to get a light car because I was going up the slope.
There are free water bottles for people.
There's a cotton swab, emulsion, water server in the public bath.
Ice machines, sake vending machines were also in the elevator.
Cospa was good
The air conditioner in the room seemed to be in bad condition.
It's a pretty negative that it's 17 degrees, but it's not cold and it's hot all the time.

날날쌘똘이This is a newly built hotel, very clean and suitable for families. The room interior was also neat, and I appreciated having a small kitchenette where I could wash and eat some simple fruits. It's about a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, making it a good location for sightseeing. For breakfast, I ordered granola, but it was just regular cereal granola. There are no on-site parking facilities, so you have to park in a private lot behind the building.
