A wonderful hotel, with a calm atmosphere, cleanliness, and the staff are very friendly. Dinner in a tent in the garden was a special and happy experience that I have never experienced before.
I have stayed in Sri Panwa, Phuket and Jumeirah, Maldives, but this hotel was just as good or even better.
Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If you catch the right price, I really recommend experiencing Mandarin Oriental!

One of the reasons for coming to Morocco is because I want to stay in the Nijian Hotel. The owner of the hotel is the former King of Morocco, Mohammed VI (Morocco's King Mohammed VI). It was selected as the best hotel in the world in 2020-2021. There are 53 hotels in the whole hotel A detached Riad, each Riad only accommodates 2 people,
There are nearly 500 employees in the hotel. Even when the hotel is full, the ratio of the staff to the guests is about 4 to 1.
Basically, if you search for Morocco on the Internet, many pictures will pop up this hotel. Many Internet celebrities first recommend the strong Moroccan style, but the price is also very expensive. My stay in June is considered to be the off-season, and the room type I stayed in is also They are all the most basic ones, costing about HK$14,000 a night, but expensive has never been his problem... đ
Personal check-in experience:
Since each room is an independent House, it is necessary to make a reservation for check-in or not to go up and down the stairs.
And such a noble hotel calls reception, the person canât speak English (most of them can speak French, because this was a French colony before), itâs very simple to ask what time the swimming pool is charged, but they canât answer, and they think youâre not Speaking French is very lowđ, and the more senior staff feel more proud,
I tried Qu Asian Sai Cuisine restaurant during my stay, and the taste is pretty goodđ
In addition, it is really good to check in here, especially if it is a SpađĽ°. In fact, there is another indoor swimming pool that I really want to take a picture of, but it happens that it is under maintenance... a few more months)

âŁď¸Personally, I think the price/performance ratio is low. Unless you really want to go to the photo studio, you can stay for one night. Otherwise, the most beautiful place is the hotel lobby, so you can go to the photo studio as long as you book a meal.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service and high-quality amenities.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are magnificent, the food delicious, and the service incredible. This hotel is a true five-star luxury hotel. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff, Lahcen and Reda, who provided impeccable service with many thoughtful touches and a rarely matched kindness.
Morocco and its people are very endearing with their kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.
An excellent hotel in every way. The only drawback is the location, since it is necessary to pay for taxis continuously to go and return to the city of Marrakech (250DH-350DH) each way. For the rest, personally, probably the best hotel in Marrakech, simply spectacular!
The garden, lobby and public areas are all very beautiful, and the environment is very good. The room is a little small, which is a little inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. Everything else is perfect. The breakfast is not worth the money, it is very average, but overall it is very good. This is a luxury five-star hotel, better than the average five-star hotel. If you see the cheap price, just buy it with your eyes closed.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy.
The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either.
Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.
Staff and hotel we couldnât fault. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got two phone calls to check all was okay. Highly recommend both the restaurants. Salah extremely friendly kept us hydrated whilst chilling around the pool.

MMĂśtley NĂźFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didnât. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind thereâs not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to âfightâ for a bottle of water - especially because this isnât a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said itâs a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that Iâd had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didnât really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that Iâd received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I couldâve been told this from the start and there wouldnât have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.
Mmskmr95624The interior is just as beautiful and colorful as pictured. I really appreciated the mineral water and the powerful hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious.
However, the area around the riad isn't the safest, and there are scammers lingering around offering directions. If you're a woman traveling alone, I'd advise being cautious when moving around. It's also quite a distance to various tourist attractions.
I also had a massage, which was excellent. Every staff member was very attentive and helpful.
LLaurathewelshexplorerGreat hotel with a fantastic roof top pool. Room was cleaned to a very high standard and the staff were so wonderful
Amal was the best! She was so attentive and caring, we loved our stay - thank you ever so much, we will be back
AAnjLamCorpuzLocation: very near to the centre and other tourist spots. The area is well guarded as it next to the Royal Palais (which apparently where the royal family resides, you will find guards every corner, and they were all polite. On our first night we were scared at first as we thought the place looks dodgy but it changes quickly as there area is quite popular to other tourist and quite large number of riads could be find in the area.
Breakfast: they served us bread, pancake, honey, cheese traingles, orange juice and coffee -generous amount of milk. They were also kind to provide us moroccan tea in the afternoon but you have to ask (whenask about the fee they say it's on the house)
Massage: they offered very cheap massages comapre to other spa house, the massage lady was very sweet and friendly.
They also offer cheap laundry but my husband lost one pair of his sock.
They also serve other things like dinner (but we opted to eat outside) and ammenities. The only thing that we had a problem with is the bathroom because it does not drain quickly so we have to wait till it drained till the next person can do shower. Overall the riad is a good place, noting about their extra ammenities, friendly staff and its price.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.
PpixietreatsThe service is superb! We availed the airport pickup to get to the Riad easily. We arrived around 2100 but they waited for us to serve our dinner. Staff are very welcoming even if it is already late. They even arranged a breakfast pack as we are checking out early. Will definitely return! Special thanks to Ihmad!

GGuest UserWhen I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes.
It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip.
When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly.
The man is very kind.
The accommodation was very pretty and nice.
Breakfast was good too
TTOMOMII found this when I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub.
It took about 20 minutes by taxi from the city by 80MAD.
The taxi from the hotel to the city is 150MAD.
There is also a hotel shuttle bus to the city, but one way is one person 15MAD, the time is also decided, and the reservation is filled on the day, so we recommend using a taxi.
The staff at the bar counter and restaurant were all very friendly and the work was very friendly.
Amenities are not all slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.
Also, since the power supply is European specification, I bought a transformer at 80MAD at a shop in the hotel.
The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all the wine was white, rose and red.
From the Japanese sense, this facility and service cannot be available at this price, so if you have room for the schedule, I recommend staying once.
