We had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable, offering beautiful beach views and a great variety of food options within easy reach. The hotel itself is spotless and well-kept, and our family suite offered plenty of space and very comfortable bedding. We spent a lot of time at the Sampan Bar, which quickly became our favorite spot. Between the great music, refreshing drinks, and the ability to watch the kids play on the beach, it was perfect. A big shout-out to the team at Sampan for the awesome service! Also, for anyone driving an EV, it’s convenient that they have a Shell Recharge station. Note that only Port 1 was working during our visit, but it’s still a great facility to have on-site.

My info got leaked. A scammer tried to contact me, and even told me about my stay and duration, and asked me to click on a link to make some kind of payment. Luckily the website is flagged out as dangerous and scam. I contacted trip.com who verified with the hotel owner, and i was told not to click on the link further nor make any payment. The info security is lacking here. It put the guests in a very vulnerable situation. This is my first encounter with info leaked to a ******* organisation. Book at your own risk. Managed to check in smoothly after the real hotel staff contacted us.

The hotel was prompt in responding and very kindly taking note and made special arrangements for our occasion of our child's birthday and wedding anniversary celebration. We had a lovely surprise and birthday song played when we checked in to our room. Amazing scenic views of mountain and KL city night lights, and comfortable bedding that gives us good sleep. Comfortable space to spend good family time. We enjoyed very much and would love to return or recommend to our friends and relatives! Only 2 suggestions to make: 1) the fan in our master bedroom (room 2008) makes some noise quite often during the night, good to have it checked and fixed to not affect guests' experience, and 2) if only the shower area in the bathrooms have a door to avoid water splashing out to the toilet area.

A very comfortable hotel with a peaceful atmosphere. If you're looking for tranquility, this is the place. The views are also breathtaking with English-style architecture. The breakfast offers a wide selection and everything is delicious.

Booking at the same day and last minute, attract from the kids pool and room. Book for one studio room, and when arrive. They said the room is full and they upgrade to family room. My kids love that room so much and so big. Also the cleaness and facility everything is good. My kids got play at kids pool and other pool also.. we have so much fun and memory in here. Definitely will be myfav place whenever i come to genting highland in the future !!

This was my second stay at the resort, and once again, I had a great experience. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The resort has two restaurants, although the Thai restaurant was closed during our visit. The Jetty Paya restaurant is just outside the main gate and can be easily reached by buggy. The Sarang Seafood restaurant is about 2 km from the resort, and a return taxi fare is around RM50. Snorkeling trips to Coral Island, Renggis Island, and the marine park, as well as taxi services for going to restaurants, can all be organized through the hotel. You can also visit the marine park by taxi (suitable if traveling with senior citizens), which costs around RM100–150. Activities within the resort includes a game zone for kids, gym, pool table (4RM per game), bicycling, and kayaking. We appreciated the complimentary 1-hour bicycle ride provided by the staff. Breakfast was decent, but it would be even better with a wider variety of options. The room includes all the necessary amenities, but could be more modernized to better match the overall resort experience. The resort provided a complimentary minibar in two of the three rooms we booked, which was a nice added touch. Overall, it was another enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider coming back again.

The homestay was beautiful, and the moment we opened the balcony, we were greeted with a stunning sea view. We arrived in the afternoon, and the tide was low at that time. We saw some tourists walking along the beach, so we joined them for a stroll. On the next day, just before checking out, we noticed that the tide had come in, and we even saw fishing boats heading out to sea. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The environment is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the facilities are complete. It's the first choice for business trips and vacations. I'll definitely come back again for future business trips in the area or family vacations. I've already recommended it to my friends; it's a great place for relaxing with kids!

The villa was cool and the staffs are all friendly and cater to our request. The overall ambiance is so comfortable and definitely worth a visit for families to relax and spending time together
