Hotels With spa in Rogaland, Norway

Breakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to the old town and busy streets. The bus to Pulpit Rock and the airport stops right outside the hotel. The location is truly great! The restaurant's food is also good, and the taste is highly recommended. It felt like the most Nordic meal I've had recently. Definitely recommend! Regarding service, except for the front desk staff on the morning of my arrival who were very rude, the check-in and check-out services (from 3 PM onwards) were professional and excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
