The room is clean and comfortable. AC and heater are all available in the room. Kitchen items are welled prepared and have a lot of varities, even up to wine decanter, wine glasses, etc. The bed is clean and comfortable also. Nice and quite neighborhood too.

I had a fantastic stay at Christchurch Tasman Holiday Park! The location is perfect — close enough to the city for convenience, yet peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The grounds are well-maintained, clean, and spacious, making it ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers. The facilities are excellent, with modern amenities including clean bathrooms, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable communal areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the variety of accommodation options available, from powered sites to cozy cabins. Highly recommend this holiday park for anyone visiting Christchurch

The location is great, and I'm very satisfied with the facilities and environment. The two housekeepers, an elderly gentleman and a grandmother, were incredibly kind; they even recommended a nearby Italian restaurant on the day of my check-in, which was truly delicious! It's easy to hail an Uber in that area; it only takes about ten minutes to get to the city center and the airport. Five stars!
