Hotels With Spa in Al Batinah North, Oman

I stayed at the hotel and checked in at 2 p.m. I had requested a twin bed, and while the room had two beds, they were joined as one. I was told someone would come to separate them and change the bedsheets, but I waited for almost two hours with no one coming, even after calling several times. I finally went down to speak to the front desk manager. He was very understanding and apologized for the delay. He promised to investigate and offered me a free breakfast as a service recovery. I really appreciate his professional attitude and the way he handled the situation. Thank you for the great service recovery. It was really unfortunate that my business trip was ruined by the storm that swept the hotel facilities. We were left without electricity for 2 days

Very clean. Good restaurant, Little far from the attractions, nothing around the hotel but we can find everything we need inside the hotel.

The room was good and the service was good.

It is OK for local hotels, don't ask too much. The service is very good, there are requirements to respond, there is a free coffee machine in the lobby, and the hotel environment is also very good.
