I think I was unlucky cos my room 210 had bedbugs. I suffered from itchy bites the whole night, and thinking what it was until I saw a doctor. At first I thought it was mosquitoes but the room is air conditioned. See picture. I was bitten on my neck, arms and back. Their bedsheet or mattress must have been infested. Travelers do beware."

Good facilities with gym, pools and closed to Vision City Mall. Good security too. But shuttle service need to improve. especially from airport to hotel where they tend to left person hanging there for 1 hours

really great hotel, spacious, comfortable room with balcony, delicious breakfast and swimming pool, price a little expensive but it's normal in POM, good place to stop by and do business in POM.

A fun and enjoyable stay. A very unique and very large property. I would’ve preferred my room have been in the main building. But this is a very busy and popular hotel. Breakfast is decent, and they have a very good onsite shop for all your conveniences. I’d definitely stay again.
