We organized our son's communion at Boulevard. We were a bit afraid that the event would take place in a conference room and would not be formal enough. It was great though. The decor of the room, the form of serving meals and their quality fully met the expectations of both our guests and ours. Thank you very much for your special care, commitment, attention to all details and the beautiful decor of Mrs. Iza's room ❤️ Our guests who stayed at the accommodation were also satisfied - especially with the varied breakfast.

Luxurious laid back hotel. Very nice hotel with friendly staff and an awesome breakfast. The hotel room was very nice and clean with the possibility to make coffee and tea in the room. The location couldn’t be better. Definitely a place I will come back to

Pobyt 30.04-03.05 2022 r. rodzina 2+2, wyjazd z TRAVELIST. Pokój nr 316 na trzecim piętrze. Hotel dość duży znajdujący się w starej okazałej odnowionej z zewnątrz kamienicy. Zlokalizowany w niedalekiej odległości od Starego Rynku – na piechotę to około 15 minut spacerkiem. W pokoju standardowe wyposażenie: telewizor, sejf, lodówka. Łazienka wyglądem jeszcze z tamtej epoki. Sam hotel i jego wygląd w środku oraz wielkość pokoi to takie maksimum trzy gwiazdki, na pewno nie cztery jakie posiada hotel. Jednakże ze względu na zabytkowy budynek i jego wystrój bo hotelu panuje ciekawy klimat z tamtych lat, mogę „przyznać” wyższą ocenę niż tylko trzy gwiazdki. Na uwagę w hotelu zasługuje bardzo miła i uczynna obsługa w szczególności w restauracji gdzie jedliśmy śniadania i czasami kolacje. Naprawdę panie bardzo się starały i reagowały na każdą naszą prośbę. Jedzenie również było dobre, było z czego wybierać. Fajnym rozwiązaniem była też możliwość wzięcia kanapek z restauracji po śniadaniu (były przygotowane, już gotowe dla gości włożone w papierowe torebeczki i ułożone w koszyczku) – nie w każdym hotelu nawet w tych posiadających większą ilość gwiazdek coś takiego istnieje i jest taka możliwość (ogólnie średnio jest postrzegane zabieranie jedzenia w postaci np. kanapek z restauracji – co oczywiście uważam za nietrafione, bo kanapki z reguły robi i bierze się dla dzieci na potem, a nie zabiera się je w ilościach umożliwiających np. sprzedaż). Obsługa w recepcji również była miła. Jedyny mały minus to fakt, że w dwóch pierwszych dobach nasze samochody (byliśmy ze znajomymi) musiały być zaparkowane na parkingu centrum finansowego – tuż obok hotelu, ponieważ na hotelowym parkingu nie było wolnych miejsc (była impreza zamknięta – wesele). Trochę musieliśmy się nagimnastykować z przenoszeniem naszych walizek z parkingu do hotelu – kilka metrów, jazda windą z parkingu podziemnego centrum finansowego. Ogólnie hotel ok, umiejscowiony bardzo dobrze w Bydgoszczy, obsługa tak jak wskazałem zasługuje na pochwały, stąd w mojej ocenie za całokształt cztery gwiazdki.

I have called the hotel to book a room. The price with breakfast for a double room was 400PLN (800PLN two days). The receptionist asked to make a bank transfer of 400PLN to book it, and I did. We arrived in the hotel, made check in and had a nice weekend in the city of Toruń. I would say that it’s a bit overpriced but very clean hotel. The breakfast had everything and once we ordered from the restaurant the food was amazing. On the checkout I was asked to pay 808 (price for two nights plus a tax), which is the full amount. The receptionist couldn’t find my deposit. I had to show her my bank account to believe that I have paid in advance the 50% of the price. Getting here to leave a review, I realise that the price via booking is much cheaper than this one I was offered for the same type of room. Funny thing, the hotel does not provide housekeeping due to Covid except if you request it.

I have just spent 5 days in this hotel and for a Brit needing somewhere to stay in a city and a country he does not know this recommendation was superb. The rooms are clean, well kitted out, spacious and well looked after. The breakfast was superb! The staff are efficient, well trained, welcoming and easy to communicate with. The price is amazing. I will stay here every time I come and as my daughter now lives in Bydgoszcz as she works there they will get a lot of custom from me over the next few years.

I spent two nights on leisure trip over the weekend and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to the city centre. As for the room, even thou it wasn't huge but it was excellent, spotless, daily cleaned, warm and comfortable. Extended breakfast, friendly personnel. Easy check in and out. Simply Well maintained hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel for locals and foreigners for a leisure or business trip.

We stayed in an apartment, a huge one but poorly furnished and decorated - needs more touch :) The car park isn't big but able to accept a good number of cars. Breakfast pretty tasty except for coffee that was terrible. Overall, ok but there are cosier hotels in the city

The hotel is located about 3 kilometers from the center of Ciechocinka . Paintingly located in the Subvislan landscapes , away from the noise and noise. Rooms with different standards , each will find something for itself. Hotel suitable for disabled people - elevator, accessories. Own monitored parking. Wellness & spa zone - saunas , jacuzzi , inside and outside. Restaurant serves , tasty and diverse food - regional and Polish kitchen. Very nice atmosphere and nice smiley staff. Mile spent 5 days, and in addition cheap, I recommend. The only mankament , it is low beds in rooms No. 1,2,3,

We spent two days at the hotel Austeria, very successful stay. The reception service - very nice, understandable and competent. Spa - very nice and helpful ladies, cheerful and smiley. Breakfast service - restaurant - to improve. Unfortunately one of you is quite disappointed with the breakfast buffet service. Not too girls oriented what they give to customers. Boys fall a little better, but also a little chaos and sillyness throughout the service. It's a little like it's not going to work. Even though youth people would say it so - completely ”no eggs” . The restaurant la carta itself - delicious food. Great soups, dessert and dishes. A little missing vegetation options in the menu. A little long wait, both for a meal and for example a dish collection (but it's the same problem as breakfast - no crayfish and general sense or company command - although not all 2 ladies are very cool). The room is very decent , comfortable beds, quite dark when the rollers are covered , the sun does not wake up in the eyes. I'm sure there is no kettle in the room and a better / brighter lamp on the bed. The bathroom is large space. Generally clean. Play area, tennis courts, area, parking - all plus. The location of the hotel is very convenient , close to the exit road and at the same time to the strict centre of the town approx 10-15min by walking. Nearby additionally , gas station , tesco.
