The third time in this hotel (2010, 2014, 2023). And if the previous two visits left a very good impression, this time the word ”horrible” is the softest definition to stay in this hotel. The hotel is in a state of reconstruction, or repair, But your activity is not interrupted. As a result, you pay very high price for accommodation, essentially without convenience. During my stay at the hotel there was no elevator. This can certainly happen. But then it is worth working on the service and thinking about how to help paid luggage. That wasn't. The service in the hotel is terrible. During the registration process, the staff member entered the parking check, while I had no car and only the number was indicated in the pre-booking. In the night of a turbulent, after a long road, I didn't pay attention to it. When I asked about the money back, I received charges that I allegedly claimed I had come in my car. The conversation was extremely unpleasant. The money was returned to me, But the staff member did not consider it necessary to apologize. From what I can conclude that customers are delighted to be deceived and will be extremely dissatisfied if the guests decide to fight for their rights. Don't count on attention and respect. The standard room was located on the second floor. The bathroom was a nightmare, the shower cabin was half broken, the toilet barely worked. Breakfast in the hotel is not recommended. The price of breakfast is 45 zloty, in the city where cheaper and better. If you need to visit Lublin, I advise you to avoid the Campanile Hotel.

I stayed at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin for a week in March 2022. The hotel was very well equipped and my room was excellent! I was there for a week to arrange bus transport from Chelm to - and reception in - the Netherlands for Ukrainian refugees. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my own orthopedic pillow when I left for the Netherlands. It must have been the many life-defining impressions, I suspect. But thanks to the very attentive help of Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz, I now have my pillow back. She has been so very kind to send my pillow free of charge to my home address in the Netherlands, so that I can now sleep just as wonderfully as I did in the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin after all the impressive days I had in Chelm that week that I stayed there. I look back with great pleasure on my stay at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin and would like to once again express my thanks to Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz for her extremely good service! Leon den Hollander

Hotel is typically business, with no bigger attractions (except sauna and gym). The interior is rather modern, with elements of minimalism and industrialism. A lot of space and bright, dim colors. All this makes you feel very comfortable in this place. The rooms are quite large, equipped with a coffee and tea cooking set and a TV. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. The hotel serves breakfasts - very tasty, feel high quality ingredients. The choice of food is quite a lot. There is also a restaurant on the hotel, but we have not used it. The large asset is the location of the object- 15 minutes walk to the historic city center. In summary, it is a pretty good base for a visit to Lublin.

This hotel has 4 stars??? Joke, far-fetched 2-3 stars is max, I have been to many places with 4-star and higher standard. The price-quality ratio is a total mistake. King Casimir stood next to the King years ago, because now her caricature. It's a pity, because the potential was huge. The only aspects that deserve praise are: 1. A gentleman playing the piano in the evenings and mornings 🖤 something amazing!!! 2. Kitchen with menu: duck liver, tartare and sirloin brilliant. Broth on real broth. Waiter service is a plus. 3. Mr. Rafał masseur, I highly recommend to all physically active - prima sort classic massage, and I go regularly to various specialists because of sport 🏆 4. Parking lots. 5. Location, walk to the center several minutes. 6. Appearance from the outside, but the spell breaks as soon as you check in to the room. GENERAL IMPRESSIONS: A friend had an unpleasant experience sleeping on an extra bed on which I would not even put my dogs. She was bitten all over her body and around the eye, the rest I will keep silent... We had to fight for any redress ourselves. In general, the approach to the client of the Reception Manager + Management calls for vengeance to heaven and disciplinary action. Zero remorse and willingness to meet the customer. Amazing experience! Personal - very nice! Breakfast- 🤩🤤 awesome. As a traveler, I will stay there next time with a pleasure! Traveled with family, 2 adults, and a child. The receptionist suggested a room with an extra bed for the child. Very polite, and pleasant hotel staff. Variety and appetizing breakfast dishes - above all praise! We are absolutely delighted with the hotel. 10/10

The breakfast is very rich, the bed and pillows are quite comfortable, the toilet is very clean, there is a gym in the hotel, there are fewer nearby meals, but there is a supermarket on the side to buy things very convenient. The second time I stayed, the key city is close to where the customer lives, and I will come back next time.
